WD Psi Storm 2010After four hard-fought qualifiers, each boasting between 200 and 450 signups, the best players in SEA and Oceania have been distilled down the top 32 to compete in the Western Digital Psi Storm finals series. The event, sponsored by WD's VelociRaptor hard drives, will span two days of double-elimination, best-of-three action from the in-form players on the Southeast Asia server.
The 32 players, advancing eight at a time from four qualifiers, comprise of representitives from Australia (20), New Zealand (5), Singapore (3), Thailand (2), Malaysia (1) and the Philippines (1) and represent some of the strongest players from these nations.

Day One of the WD Psi Storm 2010 Finals will commence on Saturday the 9th of October, with the first 3 rounds of the upper bracket to be played from 6PM AEDT. This means play stops at the Round-of-Four (Ro4) on the Upper Bracket.
Additionally, the first four rounds of the lower bracket will be completed.

Day Two of the WD Psi Storm 2010 Finals will commence on Sunday the 10th of October, with theupper bracket semi-final and finals to be played from 5PM AEDT and round 5 to the lower bracket final to be played at the same time as possible. The Grand Final will also be played on Sunday the 10th, and will consist of two Bo5 sets. The winner of the UB final is required to win one Bo5 series whereas the LB winner must win both to take the grand prize.
