are you new to spectator sports or something? hello? you ever watch a really boring football game where all the offense does is run inside zone and power plays, maybe throw in a screen or two to keep the DTs honest? have you ever thought during that, "god this game is boring as fuck"? even though you know the offense just wanted to control the time of possession and run down the clock, and it may very well have been a good gameplan? and even though there are people who enjoy watching the 3-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust offense?
i find cheese stupid and boring. i dont enjoy watching it, regardless of how powerful it is. i also make no claims as to what other people like or do not like to watch, but based on the responses in this thread, clearly a lot of other people find cheese stupid and boring also.
please let me know if you need more step by step explanations for why people can both understand why X exists and at the same time not like X

OMG huge fungals on the bio army but he loses the infestors for still killing a ton of marines with fungal this early is pretty huge this push by Clide will be pretty weak if he actually moves forward with it now.

I do think there might be some TvZ imbalance... but In the case of this particular game, it is clear the Terran is simply the better player.

So close to being good from Gerrard, with those 2 infestors not being thrown away and not engaging before the ultras were ready (???????????????) could've dealt with it imo

Yeah shaw like 2 minutes ahead of me but Gerrard never rebuilt his infestors and poor baneling control again. So now Clide runs him over with an insane number of marines and backing up a couple of tanks. This is pretty much over.

It was great timing on the part of the Terran, the attack came right before Gerrard could build up enough Ultras to threaten. People may cry imbalance, but Clide seems like a pretty legit Terran.
