It's not a matter of picking one or the other, is it? You can still get the obs if you feel it's nessessary. Or does the research cost/time of hallucinate screw up the current builds too much? it's a question of speed - the phoenix-scout is MUCH faster, therefore you can quickly scout for hidden expos very early on a terran normally doesn't hide expos and you can rely on the obs to scout the tech | ||
