And we all know there are some streams from users on OGN so there is no problem since you can still indirectly watch the games although without english commentary and with korean commentary. Basically we're watching like scbw streams of OSL/MSL games which I never see anyone having a problem with. Then people shouldn't complain about gomtv demanding tickets/fees for their streams so you can watch english commentated games. It's their business and they payed blizzard a summ amount and they have a large prize pool which does mean you'll need to cover your expenses with sponsors and other things (in this case other things is paid streams among others). I can actually imagine Blizzard or GOM going after TL to stop the restreamers

Equally though you could say that since they have Blizzard backing they can afford to give a free stream to promote SC2 not only in Korea but around the world. It's not like Blizzard are poor by any stretch of the imagination and it wouldn't be THAT big a price to pay to promote their game further. The price point is simply too much for too little in my opinion. I'll be watching an OGN stream if I can, like I guess a lot of people here will do. Shame really.

Perhaps this is wishful thinking, maybe GSL will not be procast by OGN in the same time as gomtv?

Good thing there are lots of other tournaments with free streams and vods ![]() yeah it's kinda ridiculous. They can easily just upload the VODs to youtube just like however many other companies do
