Hey, there's a problem with the page.. I can't access it.

I don't think I've ever wished my opponent good luck prior to a game. When I play, I play to win. I hope every opponent I ever have is cursed with fucking terrible luck. I hope they're stuck playing underneath a stepladder with a black cat in attendance a

Well I'd best heed the previous post here.
Basically I had a look at gamestahs previous starcraft 2 coverage, lacking to be honest. The guys are great and i understand that they have all the gear set up and ready to go, however they just have no knowledge of the sc2 game... I'd be happy to help out if possible. Obviously they are the ones with the hardware, just painful to watch them try to remember the map names.

WD PSI Storm 2010 Qualifier #1 - IMPORTANT REMINDER AND RULES

BRACKETS ARE UP - BUT DO NOT START YOUR GAMES UNTIL 5:00PM AEST (GMT+10) ON SUNDAY THE 12TH SEPT. Matches played before this time will be reversed.

Hey guys, just a reminder that the WD PSI Storm 2010 Qualifier #1 event is on Sunday the 12th at 5:00PM AU time (GMT+10), 7PM NZ time, 3:00PM SG time, 2:00PM TH time.

You are required to meet up in the #cybergamer IRC channel on irc.gamesurge.net, see the CyberGamer guide for connecting with mIRC here: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/13832/How-to-mIRC/

You can try to open IRC chat in your browser here: irc://irc.gamesurge.net/cybergamer

I'd like to take the chance to revise the rules for the tournament, and format, etc.

- Single-elimination tournament in a best-of-three (BO3) format
- YOU MUST upload all replays HERE: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/upload/
- CyberGamer tournament administrators are free to join any game that they see fit. You are not to refuse entry to a caster or commentator and failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- In accordance with CG rules, spectators are strictly NOT ALLOWED, any game played with spectators must be replayed
- Unofficial casters and streamers are not permitted
- Do NOT leak replays, simply upload them to the link above, if your replays are discovered elsewhere you may be disqualified
- Registration is open to all Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asian participants ONLY - if you do not CURRENTLY live in this region you may not participate
- You must be ready to play your first game at the Start time. Not showing up or being later than 10 minutes will result in your forfeit
- If you lose today, you may enter the second, third or fourth qualifiers at a later date. See Cybergamer.com.au for information
- Keep chat to a minimum and please remain civil
- Top 2 from each of the 4 brackets will qualify for the 32-player finals
- After the top8 are decided, they will play off in a BO1 to determine who faces the fnaticMSI player in a showmatch. By qualifying the event you cannot deny this showmatch if you are chosen or risk disqualification

AFTER YOU FINISH A MATCH, YOU MUST REPORT YOUR SCORES ON THE BRACKET SO IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATES.
DIRECT ANY DISPUTES TO AN ADMINISTRATOR.

Your bracket determines who the admin of your section of the tournament is:

Bracket #1: CGAUdeL#451 - deL'Naga
Bracket #2: mfzor#317 - mf-
Bracket #3: frequency#640 - frequency
Bracket #4: Zior#351 - Zior

Map order:

Round 1 (Ro128): Blistering Sands
Round 2 (Ro64): Steppes of War
Round 3 (Ro32): Metalopolis
Round 4 (Ro16): Lost Temple
Round 5 (Ro8): Scrap Station
Round 6 (Ro4): Blistering Sands
Round 7 (Final): Metalopolis

LOSER PICKS FROM MAP POOL

Map Pool (all maps are to be picked from this map pool):
* Blistering Sands
* Scrap Station
* Steppes of War
* Lost Temple
* Metalopolis

Aside from that, make sure you are in IRC, direct questions to an admin, and re-read the CG ruleset:

http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/137641/CyberGamer-StarCraft-II-Ruleset/

Cheers,

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

The WD PSI Storm 2010 Qualifier #1 starts in 2 hours, at 5:00PM (afternoon) GMT+10 (AEST)

PLEASE update your cybergamer profile with your Battle.net information so your opponent can find you. If not, at least ensure you are in the IRC channel in time (#cybergamer on gamesurge) and make yourself known to your opponent. If you have not made contact or updated your profile with your character ID and number code you may be forfeit!

Here's how to set up your profile:

http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/p2879094#2879094

Regarding replays, all must be uploaded here:

http://www.cybergamer.com.au/upload/

Report the results of your games on your match page (under Match Details on the bracket) so it automatically updates your position in the tournament. Match pages look like this:

http://www.cybergamer.com.au/matchdetails/89338/

All rounds are BEST OF 3, and the loser picks the map from the map pool below after the first map for that round is played:

Map order:

Round 1 (Ro128): Blistering Sands
Round 2 (Ro64): Steppes of War
Round 3 (Ro32): Metalopolis
Round 4 (Ro16): Lost Temple
Round 5 (Ro8): Scrap Station
Round 6 (Ro4): Blistering Sands
Round 7 (Final): Metalopolis

Map Pool (all maps are to be picked from this map pool):
* Blistering Sands
* Scrap Station
* Steppes of War
* Lost Temple
* Metalopolis

TO SPECTATORS

The matches will be streamed here on the various channels, but some start later than others:

http://www.cybergamer.com.au/matchtv/

Observers/Spectators are STRICTLY not allowed. Games will be void if you have spectators other than CG SC2 admins or the recognised official casters:
