Sounds like a completely feasible suggestion.
Only costs 400 gas or so and makes you wide open to any OTHER early game strategy. Sounds like a good plan.
The LT cliff has always been ridiculous and Zerg Early/Mid game against T is extraordinarily weak. These two things combined makes for a bad game.
The culprit? The terrible Roach. It's so terrible that it doesn't even counter the units it was designed to counter. The LT cliff is just terrible map design but the Roach is just not a well designed unit...it never really was.

Well I think Idra playes to passive in the early stages of the game... Maybe Zergplayers should think about more agressive builds like an 8pool to sneak 6 zerglings into the mainbase of the terran.
Especially if the terran walls himself in at the bottom of the ramp.
I would love to see someone go 6 raxpush against Idra and punish his Fastexpand style he pulls of nearly every single match.

Uhm, fast expanding has been part of zerg play since early days of SC1 - 8 pooling terrans doesn't seem like a very good idea -_-

Is there some reason every time Idra loses, it turns into a balance whine thread? It's impossible to discuss actual games on this forum. Was hoping for some discussion about the actual game but I was left disappointed.

Honestly, I'm on the fence as to how imbalanced TvZ is, but one thing I do know:
TvZ on LT is not fair.
Like, even if the TvZ matchup overall is balanced, TvZ on LT isn't.

You have to qualify for the Group Stage, 16 players. We will be looking at the situation once MLG announces their sign ups and we have our qualified players. We have a tight schedule to be ready for the American Championships but if there's a big issue we will look into it.
Also we announced our Group Stage when SC2 was released so we didn't know MLG would be doing SC2 that weekend.

You can play in any (or all) of the qualifiers as long as you aren't already qualified for IEM.
