also GARIMTO is holding a tournament called the WTA Tournament. I think it's some sort of reverse ladder competition or something, I don't know. That will also be on GOM somewhere.
Just watched some guy winning PvT with 4 Void Rays. T was on 2 bases anyway, and P still attacked cc, instead of the starport. And the Terran tried before that to harass with one hellion, but instead of speeding straight to the mineral line, he stopped to fight with a stalker, until the hellion was too low on health. When the VRs came, he brought up his tanks along with the few marines, saying: here, have some tanks please. (:
I have to say watching a professional Korean production in a live studio with the familiar (still not comprehensible ) sound of the Korean commentators oooooing and ahhhhhing at every big move gets my juices flowing. Still doesn't have me chomping at the bit to watch every SC2 event, but maybe I'm getting there.
i've actually used gom player as my default video player for a couple years now, but i never figured this out: when i hit the tilde key (~) it reduces the gom player window to its minimum size. does anyone know how to change that? it's annoying sometimes because tilde is my push to talk key in vent, so i'll be watching in full screen, say something, and then suddenly it's a tiny window and i have to re-size it.

What does lan support have to do with it? Why would you not have them play in a studie? You want your players on tv, their reaction, make sure they aint hacking ect... I dont understand your question.
PvZ Sands with pylon-forge-cannon wall. Both simultaneous expand, but zerg double expands risky, and loses the third to cannon. A dozen of phoenixes vs spire & hydralisk den underused.. Finally enough hydras, and ofc colossus is ready too.
Junwi showed crazy powerful banelings vs Terran xD ... commentator (GARIMTO?) was wowing non-stop and reviewed the reply again just to see that part.
edit: Junwi gg'd vs Cool, but I couldn't understand why... Cool was in worse position, imo. Junwi probably thought he doesn't have time for building Baneling Nest, but Cool was too weakened to counter-attack that fast.
WWow. I've seen cool play before but jesus. The terran's reaper control and everything was sublime. I feel like that was the first time I truly saw a game of starcraft 2. That was insane.
Ehh....Is this the WTA tournament or Garimto's livestream? The games were supposed to start 50 minutes ago but this entire time it's been Garimto playing random people.

Gom isn't working for you? I may be jinxing it, but for once, it's not lagging for me.
A summary of game 1. I didn't catch it all but dayum, Check goes for a 9 pool on blistering sands (I think, I was doing something so I wasn't fully paying attention)... and Cool goes for a 14 pool (I think). It's crazy, by the time Check's lings arrive at Cool's base he only has 2 lings. Check also starts building a spine crawler in Cool's main, so main pulls a lot of probes off the mineral line and stalls with them until more lings pop out. He manages to barely defend, both players with now an even drone count. Cool goes for baneling, ling while Check goes for roaches. Cool has control of the game, he pressures and pulls ahead. Denies Check's expo to his nat while he himself expands. By the time Check moves out with a few corrupters and roaches Cool has a ton of mutas. Pretty awesome game.
Probably a very stupid question but can these games be watched as VODs somewhere? I have clicked the link where they should be but nothing starts for me. I'm guessing we are not going to see these on youtube?
It's veryyy laggy for me again >.<... But game 2 starts out with mirror builds on scrap station. Uhh.... They both go sling bling. And now? Cool is one base up over Check's for some reason. He managed to kill of Check's nat presumably. And He over runs him with mutas. Everything that happened in between is one gigantic frozen frame.
But yeah, check GGs! Cool wins 2-0 and is off to face hannibal. I'll LR that series and update more freuqnetly as long as my gom player stream is working.
Bah, freaking gom player.... At least I catch some impeccible reaper micro going on at Cool's natural. Cool has roaches though. Even so Hannibal goes into the main and picks off two of Cool's roaches and 5 lings. Hannibals transitioning into mmm.
FFUUUUUU. Screen freezes, goes black. I stop the gom player. Start again. Endure a 40 second long ad. And I see Garimto picking a third map.... Cool won that one, somehow.
Gom player just started working for me again. Cool...is on one base. He's hiding an infestation pit in his corner.
All he has now are 4 infestors and alot of slings. How the hell did this happen? He's morphong blings.
Ohhhh shit. He tries to go up Hannibals ramp to break it. He he tries to add some infested terrans! But.... 4 mauarders and some medivacs is enough to hold it off. I think cool is int a bit of trouble. He takes his nat finally.
Something cheesy must've happeend early on because Hannibal is also on just one base, just starting to expand.
ROFL. As soon as GOM player starts working for me. The GAME freezes for Garimto!!

Ah okay, thanks. Okay so Hannibal gets 1 rax 1 Factory. Cool gets 2 of his extractors up before he takes his nat. BANELING bust. Looks like Hannibal is taking his nat, tech labs on the fact, tanks incoming.
Hannibal is building a cc.... And AJASDKAHSHD, Cool morphoing some blings!!!! He's going for a BUST. LOTS of slings, and well in before seige will finish. Hannibakls' gonna be in biig troubl ehere. HE BREAKS THROUGH HIS WALL. GGGGGG.

They ARE on the site that you linked. You just need to click on the little play button on the thumbnails. It redirects you to the appropriate links on gom. You'll need gomplayer to play them though.
Thanks for the LR posts Warrior. I wish there had been working streams or that I had gotten my GOM player to work, but being able to read your summaries is better than nothing.
I'm betting on Cool for the series. For the WTA, Cool won 4 out of 5 ZvTs, including one against TheStC. TheStC, on the other hand, won only 2 out of 4 ZvTs (but didn't drop a game tvt or tvp).
Well... Game 4 started out with some pretty creative cheese by both players. Thestc hides an scv in the corner of the map and builds a starport with a tech lab added on to it. And cool flat out, lays a hatchery in the GOLD expo. That's right, he doesn't even bother breaking the rocks down. He just plops a hatchery right next to the destructible rocks. But unfortunately, he does not see the cloaked banshees coming at all. He has a roach warren, only 2 queens and is only starting his lair. Thestc manages to snipe a whole lot of drones and picks off the hatchery at the gold. Cool frantically techs to mutas, gets 3 out, does what he can with them (Kills off like 7 scvs), but thestc continues to produce the banshees to be annoying while taking his nat. Cool eventually takes his own nat, including the third again. And thestc builds up a sizeable thor, tank, marine force and expands to his gold while he pushes. Cool has almost nothing to defend this and we're off to a game 5.
Again, I can't recommend game 3 enough! I really hope they release the replays or the VODs soooon.

Put GOM player as 'always on top' but then have some other application as your current application

While functionality is very similar in the English and Korean versions of GOM Player, GOM TV is absent in the English version.
apparently you can only watch gomtv stuff on the korean gomplayer?
if you have the english gom player installed and you click on links to these games from your browser they will open in the english gom player. I'm guessing the korean version of gom player has some kind of built in interface where you can browse gomtv programs in gom player. i think the difference is you don't have to go through the browser in the korean version.

Can you show me such a link that I can click that will open the stream in GOM? I can't find any on that site.

on the link you posted (http://ch.gomtv.com/list.gom?ch=4006&intpid=1&type=8) you click any of the pictures and it will go to that game and then click the play button and gom player will open automatically, play a commercial, and then start playing the VOD.
just make sure you have gom player installed and if the play button still does nothing check if there's a little bar at the top of your browser asking you if you want to install a plugin, that's probably what you're missing. if there's nothing prompting you to install when you click the play button try doing it in a different browser, or maybe uninstall gom player and try it again.
