If you do not agree with this I suggest you retract your sponsorship and create your own tournament as it's clear from this and previous threads that me and JSM have started setting it up. The reason I'm putting this in public is because I don't feel like having this behind the scenes tornado with people not understanding what is happening and having this discreting our tourney. Me and JSM are purely doing this to support the progaming scene and because we simply love SC2 ... if you want to be known and climb in the scene this definately isn't the way of doing it. Everyone please contact me. Thank you. | ||

Calm your bruised egos, gentlemen. As somebody who has run tourneys before (admittedly not to this scale) and a spectator, I think this little tiff should be behind closed doors. Leave your posts as they are so nobody feels hurt to be 'forced to edit', and discuss any further concerns privately. Just my $0.02. *Counterterrorists win, bomb defused* plzzz?? <3 | ||

The Global Gamers Invitational is an initiative by me and JSM to get great players from around the world to compete in a part invitational, part qualifier tournament. We're aiming to support these great SC2 players in their awesomeness and hope to make a name for eSports in general. Unfortunately our sponsorship with GLHF.it turned sour since TroopeR clearly had other motives in doing this and tried to claim the tournament for himself. Therefore we have retracted his sponsorship to make sure the GLHF element of this tournament is warranted. Of course we will account for the loss in sponsorship so the prize-pool will stay the same  As of this moment we (JSM and I) will be cooperating with the guys at iCCup.tv to make this event as epic as it can be. So far our efforts have been greatly rewarded by the community showing their support and some of the best players in the world wanting to participate. We're seeking to return the favor so stay tuned!
