Sean is currently working on asking some other Europeans so hopefully by tonight we'll have a player decided. IdrA has also confirmed me that he will be playing Zerg this weekend regardless of his opponent.

That being said, CauthonLuck will be playing against IdrA Saturday night in a TvZ Showdown! This match will not be live as we are still working out some kinks So many tournaments this weekend. Hopefully we will get to see VOD?

VODs may take longer tonight because of larger file size (higher quality) or we might just record low quality (like our previous casts) and wait till we go live to use our own player. Still deciding! Will update for sure once I know tonight.

I don't want to complain, but it seems you (JP) are fighting more than technical hindrance here, maybe also "the Man" of MLG? Honestly, with no WoW at Orlando and the WoW license being so expensive, why aren't MLG all over this? It should be much more than a personal hobby project at this point, just look at the success of TL:Invitational - sure it was laggy at times, but we saw some great games and the stream had over 6k simultaneous viewers! With Day9 already on board on your terms (not his stream), you're pretty much set for success and extraordinary exposure for MLG to the StarCraft community. Don't waste this <3 The WoW coverage with Vhell & Co was good enough to carry a really bad spectating game (impossible to see what's going on without premium stream, even impossible to read player names) - let a proper game (SCII) carry MLG to new heights now :>

Currently MLG is quite busy running the MLG Combine this weekend and then in two weeks MLG Orlando, but we're thinking we'll have it done before Orlando. Also, working with a connection at a convention center is quite different than a connection at home in terms of bandwidth. Things like Livestream, etc, are options to eliminate the amount of bandwidth to stream out, but MLG has its reasons and likes to keep everything in house (with the exception of the YouTube channel for more exposure). Not to rain on anyone's parade but 6K simultaneous viewers is extremely low when compared to the numbers that MLG has for its LAN events, but man were those matches incredible! Sean was going crazy, haha Even as an ex-WoW guy (and I guess I still kind of am a WoW guy, even though I don't play?) I completely agree that SC:BW and SC2 completely shit all over WoW as a spectator sport. Just give it and us some time and all will be well!
