Other: I haven't truly undertaken the ladder grind since Wings of Liberty, and I really just want to get to a competitive state in which I can play with just about anyone. I'm a 25 years old frenchie, playing competitive RTS since I first bought Warcraft 3 in 2002. (I am litteraly born with RTS, playing Age of Empires at the age of 4)
I'm coming back to StarCraft 2 after an almost 6 years break. I basically stopped shortly before the release of HoTS (which I never played).
I used to be top 100 GrandMaster when I was active, so both 2010 and 2012 if I recall correctly. Used to have a very cheesy and agressive playstyle, relying mostly on quick adaptation on chaotic situations, perfectionism on every single detail, and a good micro (as you can expect from any Warcraft 3 player).
I miss the competition, and I'd like to give a shot at going back into GrandMaster league, and then ... who knows ? 
I think a mentoring relationship can be beneficial for the both of us.
I'm expecting the mentor to share his insight on the new mechanics and current beta - one thing just playing and watching replay can't give you quite as fast, because playing by yourselves either you play build that you don't understand what they're good or weak against, or you take too long to figure out what it's all about.
I expect myself to master basic opening as well as effective counter to both military/economic all-ins in a horizon of 3 weeks, and know key timings to get 3rd,4th, 5th etc. expos as well as how to safely display all my tech tree.
I think the training would long 2 months, the last 5 weeks consisting in training mechanics in order to be a skillful player able to be both agressive and reactive all game long.
What my mentor would get from this, is :
- in the first stage of the training, to question is current knowledge on the game, and formalize it.
- in the second stage of the training, to help him figure out his own strength and make variations in his playstyle so it fits him more.
- in a third stage, well, to have a worthy opponent to train with.
I'm looking for someone at least mid master I think, up to Low GM. I have a huge RTS experience so that won't be a waste of time.

Other : Looking for growth minded partner(s) for meaningful practice, constructive criticism, and in depth analysis of macro orientate styles, build orders, mindset, etc. Currently I am a Masters 3 (4600 MMR) zerg player who ladders often. I am particularly interested in ZvP, ZvT as those match ups are my greatest weaknesses but wouldn't turn down a ZvZ partner. As a matter of fact, I encourage multiple partners and would indeed consider some type of group practice/observation sessions weekly, or whatever is decided on.
Please be willing to learn and grow with me. I am aiming to make Grandmasters so your standards (like mine) should be fairly high and consistent. I used to be top 100 GrandMaster when I was active, so both 2010 and 2012 if I recall correctly. Used to have a very cheesy and agressive playstyle, relying mostly on quick adaptation on chaotic situations, perfectionism on every single detail, and a good micro (as you can expect from any Warcraft 3 player).
