That's what I predicted about one week ago when Mondi hit A-. Hot Bid said that A- will probably secure a place in the top 16. At the way things are now, it's not sure, but I'm 100% sure there will be some critical changes during the weekend, when people will mass game their ass off for a last-minute climb.
Good luck to everyone.

Yeah now wer're talking, 2 swede's in top 48! make me proud you crazy swedes!

Mondi may say he doesn't care much 'bout finishing 1st but I think he really wants it.

Competition looks intense.

Rock on Mondragon!

the match list says mondi just won 3 games vs white-ra then lost 4, I think he'll be A- after those games again

Congratulations, Mondragon~

whitera 4-3 vs mondi right now

Mondragon DID NOT hit A rank. He was listed as A here with 10333 points. A rank starts at 10500 points. R1CH probably made the script so A rank is displayed when a player hits 10000 points?
In other news Lamer just reseted and logged off. I guess he wont be a feature in TSL anymore lol.

White-Ra really is a PvZ beast. Owned XiaoZi 10-2 and has just broke even with Mondragon 5-5 who had an almost perfect ZvP record of 44-1.
Go go White-Ra!

If I'm not mistaken, Mondragon has (had) a really high winning percentage against White-Ra, including 2-0 in the WCG series for third place, and owning him in clanleagues as far as I can remember. Interestingly, all those games between Mondragon and White-Ra were on Python. Is it Python (and its lack of easily securable third base) to blame or did White-Ra suddenly get even better? His games against Xiaozi were also all on Python.

haivan is correct, the point threshold for A is wrong, it should be 10500. maybe the script can be adapted to parse the player's rank directly from the iccup page

Probably neither.
Funny to note that they each played 10 games vs the #1/#2 ranked players on the ladder only to lose 50 points.

now it's mondragon 10 - white ra 6
mondi is one game away from A rank.

Looks like the final score is: Mondragon vs White-ra 10-7
epic battle
