ProLeague. Its better so see several 1on1s than just one player nearly beating a whole team.
Besides - in the classic PL you get to see more ProGamers play instead of only 1-2 against 7

I prefer WL, although i think that PL gives less recognized players to show their true potential

WL

It's the stuff of legends.

The argument USED to be well if team A has player X he'll stomp the other teams. Argument against that is that the player talent pool has increased sufficiently that no one player has been able to dominate for an extended period of time or for a long enough streak.

If they can .. well... read my first sentence. Legends will be made!
I really wanted a bigger opponent, like Nate Marquardt, or King Neptune, or Zeus, or Zeus and Fedor, or Fedor on Zeus's shoulders, and they can both punch but only Zeus can kick.

WL is more fun to watch, but I prefer the traditional format for liquid bets

I don't get it. I'm a Bisu fan, but I like winners league better. Saving Bisu as a streak breaker is like sending him out to only one map, but with more drama. Sending him out early means good odds to see even more Bisu. I see no downside?

I was looking forward to the WL and dodged this poll for a while so I could make my mind up.

I thought a mix would be good but for me I think I prefer the Trad prolegue, as a vod watcher I'm finding it impossible to watch without spoiling the result of every game by reading the filename of the next match.

The nevake videos now just read Team A vs Team B Set N, except for the first set, since you know which players are playing anyways.

Winner's League produces higher level matchups (good players vs good players) more often and isn't a borefest of mirror matches on some maps.

the only thing good about the other format is the greater exposure of the teams, guranteed 4 different people from each team

true, winners league calls for STAR PLAYERS and requires less strategic planning on behalf of the coaches. just plop your team's best player in the first or third slot and hope for the best. WL takes pressure off the coaches and puts it all on the best players.

My ideal proleague would incorporate some combination of All-Kill format and 2v2's... not sure how it would be done though. Voted WL.

In one of the special events (STX Cup maybe?) the winner stayed and the loser's team could bring up the 2v2 if they wanted, after which both teams sent out new players. Teams rarely used it, and it pretty much killed the momentum/tension when they did, so I'm not a fan. It was especially bad when the 2v2 was the deciding game, ugh.

A separate 2v2 league would be nice though.

I prefer NWL Proleague because i think it's more strategic,(ex. sniping of the other teams better players) and suspenseful. I really enjoyed this style of play since the days of all those Korean clan wars.
