 Edit: Just so I'm not one lining, I agree that maybe Much didn't belong on this power rank, but I do think he could definitely replace Midas or Iris. Much has fun to watch, good consistant PvT, and his PvP isn't terrible either. | ||

Backho made it to the semi-finals of 3 different starleagues .... in a row OSL,MSL,GOM intel classic.... umm leta hasn't ..... I hate backho alot but he is accomplished alot more then leta FOR SURE. | ||

Yes Backho sucks royally against Zerg (Only one non-cheese win against Flower? though I maintain he would've done well in game 1 had he not gone for no Anti-air), but his PvP is very impressive, and his PvT is quite good. I don't think anyone can question his PvP power given his string of victories; he's shown powerful consistency in all of his matchups against P, whether or not his opponent's did poorly. As for his PvT, Backho v Flash wasn't quite as one-sided as people make it out to be. He was relatively strong in all 3 games, with small (but major) mistakes bringing about his downfall (like building the bay in his base, *barely* losing the shuttle with 2 reavers, and droppping reavers into the mines by sheer luck). THough there was that one really dumb incident where Backho engaged the tanks after getting EMPed at a chokepoint, asides from that, Backho v Flash was far more level than say, Jaedong v Shuttle or ForGG vs Jaedong. I might dare to presume it was on the level of Best v July in the sense that the first two games were anyone's guess, Last but not least, he gets results, which makes up for his crappy PvZ and weird decision making. Casy, who's TvP is along the lines of Backho's PvZ, has graced the power rank multiple times, so why shouldn't Backho be up for at least some consideration? Indeed though, if Backho is considered to be terrible, then since there were many points in the games where Flash appeared to be losing, Flash shouldn't be ranked as high as 3, at least not for this month (especially in light of his abysmal performance against ForGG and his mediocre performances against memories in games 2 and 3, despite eking out a victory in the second two). Lastly, both matchups with Backho v Iris were impressive. The one on blue storm (a map if anything, biased for T in PvT) especially. Iris was still on PR when Backho defeated him, and that alone (along with some stellar reaver play) should signify that the feat required a good amount of Starcraft skill. (It didn't seem like Iris made any major mistakes). | ||
