I wanted to buy normal TL-Shirts every time a batch was released but when we had a group of 5+ people to ship them to one address to skip some shipping fee they were sold out.
So yes, I would buy items that I was not buying before somehow .

If you can ship from within europe it makes a big difference to both shipping costs and the fear of suprise taxes...

I'm sure there's pleanty of printers in Europe who can achieve the same quality of printing, probably on the same exact shirts. Maybe even some who'd hold stock/print & ship on demand as an interim solution. I think the extra sales would be worth any small loss of margin. Assuming you've not signed the art away of course.

I've seen the last 3 batches of TL team shirts before they sold out and was tempted to buy every time, but was quite expensive with shipping :/ Would definitely buy if shipping was lower!! :D :D

I don't have money, but if I did, an EU store would cause me to buy things I wouldn't otherwise.

No they're not. Isn't TL's head office in the US? Most of their players are european, but that's it.

Sucks when the shipping costs as much as the merch itself, so yeah, I'd definitly buy some stuff.

i would buy some shirts for sure, if the price is fair (not simple conversion 20$ == 20euro) and shipping is cheaper. It's really discouraging to have shipping cost almost as much as the tshirt itself.

i would buy some. wanted to have an esports shirt so much, and now i wanted to get a spirit shirt for christmas but buying two seperate shirts and paying for one more because of shipping costs is to much.
would not think twice if it came from within europe (i do not no about flight routes etc but for me it would be a huge plus if 2 shirts would not double (exaggerating i know) my carbon footprint)

Shipping is 13 bucks to Czechia, that's quite expensive if you compare it to price of the shirt. Same goes for posters (12+11), plus I think it would be nice if there are other TL items in future - I'd SO buy a TL mug (if the shipping isn't more than the mug itself).

I know it has nothing to do with the store itself but this is a great idea. I want to second that. Should be atleast the mid size of those starbucks mugs. Please TL think about this great mans idea.

Did you already ask for what price you can make the t-shirts in europe? Because the prices in USD are really cheap and well priced. Even with almost double the cost of a t-shirt in shipping it is reasonably priced. I'm wearing the TL teamshirt right now but I might have been wearing one of the super awesome new shirts. What put me off from getting one was that I forgot shipping was almost half, so it didn't feel like a great bargain since I would have to get more t-shirts to reduce the shipping cost relative to one t-shirt, and having to spent a larger sum upfront is a typical barrier to entry. If it's possible to reduce the price though you will always sell more. Price elasticity or something.

I'd totally get a mug. That is such a good idea. You are almost always drinking and even if you aren't, there could very well be an empty cup around. Very fun decoration.

I would also like to make an appeal for a random shirt. This is something almost nobody does. It's always T, Z or P themed and totally neglect random. Besides a true random shirt you move towards a more general starcraft shirt that tries to accompany things from all races. Like the 3 wolves shirt.

When the shipping cost nearly as the product of course I don't buy it. But if the shipping is a reasonable price I think I will buy a TL shirt with the new logo Love the design btw!

Would definitely buy TL merch if the shipping was less than what it is at the moment, as everyone before me has said, having the shipping be nearly as much as the item you're buying is quite discouraging.

More love for EU, we are many over here who loves TL and eSports!

i'd buy stuff for sure. as it is right now, 16-17$ shipping for a 16-21$ shirt is not exactly a good deal, especially with how fast the good stuff sells out before you can really consider spending that kind of cash on shipping, which is enough of an unknown in itself across large distances.

Well i dont care about the prizes that much, but MUCH more for the reliability of the service. I have already ordered a TL shirt from the second batch, the money didnt arrive to TL so the shirt didnt get shipped. I have also ordered a shirt from the third batch, the money were already subtracted from my bank account, but it has already been two months and the shirt didnt arrive yet.
So no, I dont really care if the shipping is that high or that it takes a month to arrive, i just want to be sure that my things will arrive.

I live in Germany.. and did order TL shirts ~4 weeks ago.. I still didnt get them and if I do I have to pay duty on top what I've paid already.. so this kinda blows

Therefore shipping from inside Europe would be awesome.

While the three new pieces if artwork are great in and of themselves, I don't feel as if they work well on t-shirts; other articles of clothing, perhaps. The only garment I've been interesting in buying is the TL Team Shirt but, unfortunately and coincidentally, I have been out of town for every sale they've had so far, despite not travelling often.
I would not purchase a videogame via TL simply because the prices aren't competitive enough; I'm aware that this is an issue with the supplier. (I bought SC2 from Amazon, near launch, for a lower price than it is now - on both US and EU sites. Similarly, Diablo III can be pre-ordered for around $15USD less than the current offer.)

Certainly, the probability of me purchasing anything from the TL store greatly increases if P&P/S&H is lowered, though several other variables that are independent of the shipping cost factor in to why I have not done so already.

Already bought a Protoss-TL shirt and might buy more shirts or a poster if the shipping is less. Silly to buy 13 $ poster and pay 11 $ for shipping, as the shipping cost is not lower if you buy shirts at the same time due to packaging issues.

but it would kill for an EU option.

I am so gonna buy TL stuff, when you have better shipping (lower prize) to EU. At the moment, as you probably know, instead to paying for a shirt 22 $ (16 €). I would have to pay 35$ (26 €). Which is qutie a lot for me. I havent experience the shipping itself, so I'll not talk about that.

I would be far more inclined to buy things personally. I'll be getting all three of the new shirts, since I'll be getting 3 at once which makes it more worth it considering shipping. That said though, I would also like an official TL shirt at some point too.

With shipping costs as they are, I wouldn't buy that unless I was able to get it at the same time as several other items. It would be nice for that to no longer be an issue. I would not, however, fly into a rage if something were not done

I bought one shirt, but I realy worked to get some with a bunch of friends and split the send costs.
I like TL and I will buy t-shirts from tl even if they don't make the shipping cheaper.
But I realy would enjoy if you could do us a favor and make the shipping cheaper.

I'll buy 10 tees straight up.

ps: I like tl, but honestly I don't like paying shipping cause it's basicaly money i throw to some organisation I don't realy want to support.

The good thing about ordering stuff to america is that the prices are in dollars so, making the convertion to euros makes for a reasonable prize even taking into account the shipping cost. On the other hand, having a reduced time and prize of shipping will only be benefitial as people who don't buy will buy and the people who are already buying will more. ( As it is now, you have to thing twice about getting a shirt, although the designs are so awesome is hard to resist).

We're a couple of guys that were gonna buy 3 shirts together for lower total cost, but one shirt ran out of stock so we didn't buy any.

They would probably have bought those 2 if shipping was lower. Plus I would have bought more shirts for myself earlier if shipping costs weren't that high. So you've lost maybe 5 shirts on low stock and shipping costs just from my surrounding.

I live in Germany and have had extremly bad experiences with shipping from the USA (customs actually holding back shirts ect.. I bought from thinkgeek), so I am quite hesitant to buy anything shipping from there. So right now I just don't buy anything that requires intercontinental shipping.
The likelihood of me buying stuff would therefore increase significantly if there was an European store and shipping rates were reasonable.

I've already ordered the traditional lightblue TL-shirt, and sadly received the lightblue ESPORTS-shirt instead. I didn't mind too much. On the other hand there's not that much I could do about it w/o causing a huge mess and delaying the shipping of the product I initially wanted even more. It definately took quite a while to arrive, and as might expect I was a bit disappointed when I unwrapped the package I had been waiting for so long.

As msl already pointed out, the likelihood of europeans to buy stuff and support TL would increase substantially, if the transatlantic shipping could be bypassed.

I still gave the shop another chance by the way and already ordered the one of the new shirts (which look way too awesome to resist).

Cheers phrenetiC

I would think about buying stuff I didn't buy before. And I'm sure some of my friends who play SC2 would too.
Only condition I'm asking for is a reasonable price - don't skrew up and make it 1 USD = 1 EURO, 'cause it's not.

And hell yes, I want my Protoss pony

[edit]
As far as shipping experience goes...

With JINX it took about reasonable 8 days to be shipped iirc, but then my post office screwed up and I had to wait 3 or 4 more days - but you can't blame JINX for that.

its not the shipping but the tax in Europe and how the shipping handler deals with the tax for example i bought a few items off blizzcon payed the shipping fee and then not only did i have to pay tax which came to like £6.88 but £10.00 from fedex to deal with customs which i had no idea about

I would really appreciate it, if the prizes for shipping and the time it takes for the shirts to come here would be reduced
I wanted to buy a shirt, but figuring out, how to order from the US and what I had to do correctely took me some time, since I'm not 18 yet. When I finally would have been able to buy it, it was sold out

I'd definitely buy Liquid items if the shipping was (more) affordable. Right now the $13 I pay extra for shipping/handling is quite expensive compared to the price of a shirt.

Nah, I wouldn't buy stuff like this. And that wouldn't change with better shipping in Europe.

I would of course buy things at better shippingis rates to EU and maybe time scales on it. However the main reason i don't buy anything at the moment is because there is still NO HOODY :3 but other than that im sure many sceptic Europeans will buy with better/faster shipping rates

This is a great idea. I bought a shirt for my bro for Christmas, but it took a while to come and the shipping added a lot of extra cost. I really want to be able to support esports more!

Yea, I also don't order things from outside EU for that reason.

Shipping would be okay. Tariff is terrifying!

I will be buying some TL shirts in the near future, and i don't mind the shipping costs, they aren't too bad, because i don't mind spending a bit more for TL. Obviously i would like them cheaper if it didn't hurt TL too much by having a base in the EU.

I'd definitely buy a shirt or 2 if the shipping costs weren't so ridiculously expensive to Poland.

I would buy all of the available items with cheaper (quicker too but not fussed about that really) shipping options to Europe. I really do want to be able to order the t-shirts but I'm too inclined to find it's not worth it.

Pretty much sums it up, German customs are a bitch. Plus, paying 11$ for shipping plus however much in customs is just way out there for a shirt.

I would absolutely love cheaper shipping in Europe :D - I would absolutely be buying some Tshirts!!

3 times I have went to buy TL merch but gave up when I couldnt bring myself to spend as much on shipping. (Spending as much on the shipping as the tshirt.)

I'd definately buy a horsie t-shirt for a reasonable price - I'd like to get the US quality fabric though (most of the time much better than anything i EU).

Voted 'yes'.

I payed more for the dilvery than for the actual shirt when i bought the original tl-shirt wich feels a bit stupid^^ But it was still a dencent price thanks to the relative week $ here in Sweden. If we could get decent shipping and still pay in dollars it would be huge. If we would be paying in euro it wouldn't be as big tbh.

Shipping is 13 bucks to Czechia, that's quite expensive if you compare it to price of the shirt. Same goes for posters (12+11), plus I think it would be nice if there are other TL items in future - I'd SO buy a TL mug (if the shipping isn't more than the mug itself).

You can get TL mugs? ^^

It's a whole new wooooorld!! Set it up! I want posters, shirts and mugs!!!

I can't really afford buying in big batches, so when the postage is basically doubling the cost of the t-shirt it was most ofren the reason that put me off. I know I had my cursor over 'buy' more than once, but looking at the checkout price and seeing it's as I said, about twice the price of the tee, it prevented me from impulse-buying a lot of stuff...

Now if it was shipped from Europe, for a quarter of that postage fee (or sth along the lines, this is how shipping rates from EU to EU look like compared to US-EU) I'm pretty sure I'd buy at least a couple over the course of a few months.
Are you ready, guys? Put ya gunz on!

When evaluating this poll, I hope you take into account that there should be quite some people voting to buy stuff just because they like TL and feel giving positive feedback is better than giving honest but more negative (aka not buying) feedback.

I have been 1 button away from buying. But the largest problem, is that you never have the shirts in stock :-)

Whats holding me back from getting a shirt is that alot of people say that it takes like 2 months to get them or more?
Also the shipping costs. If the shipping went down and the T would arrive in like 2-3 weeks i would so buy 2.
Also i would SO buy a mug too!!! Hope you guys are thinking about a 4th batch of the old TL team shirts. Really like that one.
Thanks for all your work TL!

The 1$ = 1€ is also very annoying. I mean obviously it is not the case and it is straight up unfair and bad manners imo. For me that breaks the deal. It is not so much the fact that it is more expensive but rather the feeling of geting cheated that I wont put up with.

Today 20$ = 15.02€ or just 15. Meaning that europeans pay 33% more already before the shipping part.

It would only really help much for me if you set it up so that you shipped from within EU. With the danish customs-system (I'm not excactly sure about other countries, but it might be the same there), we have to pay about 30$+25 to 40 percent of the cost in customs and sales tax, if the goods are from outside the EU.
Even though the chance of the package getting caught isn't that great, it still feels like a stupid risk, with the chance of paying 70$ for a 20$-shirt.

I've bought from TL twice. The arrival time was pretty lengthy (understandable) and the shipping was pretty costly, again understandable but It puts me off buying from there as the total cost really cant justify the product, no matter how much I want it being a college student, it really can gt annoying. Any change would be more then welcomed.

And I'm not even that small at 1.72m, I bet smaller clothes would be appreciated by many. The American sizes are just terrible.

There needs to be an "I might actually consider it" option. These are too forcing.

Yes, I would probably get a shirt. And also, I want you to finally introduce a Hoody, much better than a shirt.

Personally, the issue with shirts is not for me the shipping cost. It's the available sizes. I'm way too large for the sizes you provide on the shirts, so they exclude me from buying one for now.
