Is there any way we could get the set of criteria that will be used to pick winners in the bake-off? And does it absolutely have to be cake or a pastry? Or could one make something non-baked as long as it's edible? signed: A guy who doesn't have an oven  | ||

So it's all about the look of the cake, right? Also, the process pictures are just for verification purposes? A half-finished cake usually doesn't look good, so that wouldn't count against us for marks, right?  | ||
