Nor does he make the excuse that it's easier to play safety/corner than it is to play wide receiver. You run your mouth and talk a bunch of trash, then it falls on you if you can't back it up. People love trash talk, and some pregame jawing is good for hype. I don't think it's inappropriate for Idra to say he thinks he'll 6-1 F91 and his non-Korean muta control or whatever; honestly I wouldn't mind hearing some more of that before these exhibitions. The MSL/OSL group selections are always entertaining for that very reason. Then we get to see if the players can back up their claims when the games start. On the other hand, excuses (blaming the lag or the opponent's race) is just lame, especially when it is a recurring thing and especially when the player's run his mouth beforehand. I think a lot of people dislike that history here. But who knows, maybe with a year living in another culture he is more mature now and this time will be different. Also it is LOLZ to see that he criticized some guy as wasting his life for trying to become a priest, when he is a progamer that gets destroyed by a foreigner. (even if there is no god, a good priest will provide comfort to people's lives and lead charitable efforts. a good progamer will beat people at videogames.) That's more disrespectful than not saying "gg" imo. | ||
