This analysis is just excellent. Though I'm a bit surprised that Daigomi thinks Flash will be exhausted by the 5set. If anything, I suspect that Flash is less fazed by momentum and has more stamina than Stork, though it might just be due to his semi-CJ face. I agree that it's Stork's series to lose, but when you look at his performance in final matches, you see that it's always been that way, whether it's Game 5 vs. Bisu on (I think) Loki II two MSLs ago or game 2 vs. Jaedong on Katrina last OSL. He doesn't choke per se, but he lets early advantages slip out of his grasp without too much resistance. But we'll see what happens.

I think you're mixing me and Plexa up here. I actually said:

Flash might never have played a Bo5, but I’m not sure if Stork has ever won a Bo5 on the last game. If the game gets to this point we might see some mistakes creep into Stork’s play, and it will be up to Flash to take advantage of that.

So yeah, I agree with you that Stork seems to make more mistakes the longer the match continues, and Flash generally plays consistently. The only time Flash plays inconsistently in my opinion is when he's busy losing. He seems to play slightly rashly when he's doing badly, rather than trusting his abilities and going for a macro game.

Plexa on the other hand believes that Flash's inexperience in long matches will cost him, while Stork's experience will be the telling factor, which obviously also plays a role. It's a very hard game to call.

Game 2: In their previous meeting, Stork’s reaver harass failed badly, so I do not expect him to try the same strategy again. I expect Stork will open with a standard build (perhaps even two gate goons) into an expansionist game, where Stork is constantly ahead in bases. We might see some carriers again, although Stork doesn’t seem to like carriers much on Blue Storm.

I think it's highly unlikely we will see shuttle-less play on bluestorm

I would consider their insight priceless rather than worthless.

It's cool how Daigomi and Plexa alternates between the main article and the sidebox but the box switches sides also so Plexa's on the left and Daigomi's on the right.

Flash is extremely wary of cheese vs protoss... I think that will help him a bit vs stork, even though he has to battle on katrina, probably twice.

In those matches, it's flash's quick upgrades (he gets 3-3 mech suuuuper fast) that will help him

The map pool is complete bullshit for Flash. Quite fucking ridiculous. If Flash somehow by an act of supreme miracle wins this, I'll never, ever, doubt him again :-) The maps just scream Stork.
imo this is going to be a very frustrating matchup to watch for Flash fans, with Katrina twice, with Baekmagoji as Game3... GL Flash.

Edit: Seems like I'll never, ever, doubt Flash again :-) He so earned it.
