Sad, but not unexpected. I've always been a fan of Jinro but I suppose this had to come. GLHF in life, hopefully you find whatever it is Starcraft can't give you anymore.

man i remember watching jinro take mlg dallas. Being a terran fan boy and my buddy being protoss i was saying "kyle jinros gonna stomp tt1 into the ground." Both of us being silver league at the time not fully understanding the game it was an awesome rivalry between us and protoss vs terran. Jinro may life take you to even greater heights than you have been at and happiness follow you everywhere! <3333

but seriously, Jinro has influenced a lot of hopeful terran players and still has the best GSL standing for foreigners. He really doesn't get the respect he deserves.

This breaks my heart. Even as a writer for TL, I've never been the biggest Liquid fanboy, but I'm not afraid to admit that one of my favorite times in Starcraft was watching Jinro in the Open Season 3 and January seasons. I don't care what anyone says about how time degrades his accomplishments. Until a foreigner can make it to a finals or gets to three GSL semifinals, Jinro is the most accomplished foreigner in Korea and the most successful in GSL history.
