So true. Tyler is unimpressive in SC2. He made bad decisions and picked bad builds in his match vs Hasuobs.

let's not rob the winners of their deserved praise by calling their victories coin-flips. Bravo !Despite being heavily nerfed in the most recent patch, ViBe Hahaha, nice one xD

I also fully agree about Tyler. Great guy, funny as hell on SotG, but too many people use past victories and just don't accept that he lost because he got outplayed. Not trying to be mean about it, because I think everyone wants him to succeed... but we gotta be real about it. That's all.

I wanted to write something nice about Socke here, but I couldn't really come up with so many good ideas (he's 3-1 in his group, beating some very good opponents). Though he is so consistently solid, the problem is that Socke suffers from some horribly bad luck in never having played a memorable game against a famous player that was seen by many viewers. Regardless of what we think of their present skill, we're still gonna remember Rain for his epic win against Boxer at MLG, or Cruncher for knocking Idra out of TSL3. Socke just hasn't had that kind of luck in his career, and I can't help but feel bad that he hasn't had a great showcase match so more people will learn how good he is. This, this, so much this. I'm the biggest Socke fanboy ever and this is one of the main problems. His epic games tend to be kind of low key. He wins against a lot of very good players and plays a hugely interesting mix of styles, but he's just not getting the recognition. Unless you see him in Germany, where he has an enormous fanbase.

One match that comes to mind is that one game on Desert Oasis at MLG last year that DJWheat went crazy over. Also, he had a great run at IEM Cologne this year. When he went up to the stage to play MC, the crowd was going batsgit crazy for him.

Makes it easyer to keep track of everything going on. I also love the battle reports. Can never have too many of those.
