Their service is complete BS. I was told that they restream the live event in 1 hour increments. So once again, just like if you missed the live event, there isn't much you can do. They say you can rewind, but it only goes back to the 45 minute mark. Thats if you're lucky and happen to stumble upon the hour you want to watch. How we're supposed to know that is beyond me. They didn't even post a schedule for their 1 hour interval ed streams. Shitty service that costs MORE than GOM. And they have the never to say that it's unfair to compare them to GOM. I told them they were right. They cost MORE and their is NO comparison. Their admin actually told me i had to WAIT. WTF?!?! I paid $10 because i couldn't watch the live event, and now, i can't evenw atch the matches i missed when i want. I have to wait until it's convenient for their streaming intervals.

If you missed the live matches, like i did, and was thinking about watching the ones you missed, YOU CAN'T. You have to "catch" it during the 1 hour intervals. Um...i missed the live because of time differences, and NOW, there's not list of the time for the matches re-streamed, which makes it WORSE than having a live stream. WHAT A JOKE. Don't support MLG. Let them go broke. Maybe then, they'll fix their garbage as video player thats in 360p.

Yeah, HQ is high quality in a 360p resolution player. So, see that little garbage screen they have on their site? The HQ is for that screen resolution. Full screen is horrible, and that wasn't even my complaint, but seems to be that of EVERY premium user. I still can't believe the admin told me i had to wait 4 days for VODs and that i had to wait if i wanted to watch the beginging sets because of their 1 hour interval streams.

OMFG they suspended my forum accnt. I told them to link me for a refund. I"M SO MAD!!!

Also, while you should be disappointed and miffed to be treated this way after shelling out for the premium stream, to be so angry about it may be indicative of something else going on in your life. You should probably take a step back and think about what you're really angry about, because if you are truly this upset over losing some cash over an SC2 stream, then you have other problems.
