I don't know how to pronounce the word "Jinro" , but most Chinese read it like "Jean-Row", which sounds pretty similar to the Chinese phrase "筋肉" ,which means "muscle". For this reason China guys like calling Jinro "筋肉男" （the muscle man）and even "魔鬼筋肉男" （the devil muscle man）

BTW, Yi Jianlian, the most famouse Chinese basketball player with the possible exception of Yao, got the same nick name of "devil muscle man" after getting hard training in Milwaukee Bucks.

There are different ways to serve out your mandatory military service.
