The DTs should investigate prominent posters on the first day, that way you have a good chance of finding all the important players before mafia tries to kill all of them off.

The giant volt of electricity could also be a Matrix reference to the plasma gun that Cypher uses to attack Tank and Dozer. IIRC it was blue...

although they could be two seperate clues.
Scaramanga has a picture of a guy with some sort of bottle as if he's about to throw it hmm...
or it could be venomo45, venom thrown in your face tends to make you black out due to neuropoisons, although that's kind of obvious imho

The picture is vital I think. After looking through the sources website all I could determine was that they are a research organization dedicated to finding a way to travel through time. That is the same premise as the show Stargate SG-1 I think, though I havent ever seen a whole episode. I dont think it is referring to a character from the show buy rather a character on the forums that is somehow involved or has mentioned time travel. I am completely stumped from there though.
I dont think that the Matrix link with aznvalice is any good either. The line "sounds" matrixy but its not from the matrix its from another movie I think. I really dont think we should lynch anyone either, at least until the DTs have had their time to check out clues and so forth.

One thing that caught my eye from the signup post:
Clues can be taken from anywhere, so long as I see it relating to the person they are intended for. This means posts, names, sigs, profiles, blogs, things related to names, etc. Emphasis on profile.
If a clue seems to match to someone's profile and someone else's name, I think we're better off erring on the side of the profile match.

and i think his version was most fun (maybe because i rolled mafia and there was a 30player limit so my excel cross-referencing was actually feasible past night 2), only alethios accidentally posted everyone's role list =( hardly half-assed on tracil's part.

Possible open stargate references:
0cz3c - (moderate) his name sounds like a key combo typed in to the stargate to go to a different portal. Although the symbols are not numbers or letters, this does sound like a stargate address.
cynanmachae - (weak) a cyan machine! Yeah... not so good.
blue_arrow - (moderate) When a stargate opens, this happens :
And that looks like a blue arrow, I guess.
These are just some early speculations of one clue, please do not lynch these people untill further evidence is aquired.
