Scorch I don't think people really got bored, well some did I'm sure, but the huge postcount start to midgame was just too much to read for a lot of people. There was no way for me to find the time to keep up whilst analyzing clues etc. For me this mafia round became "read some lists, find a got target to vote for" game after the first weeks. I really tried to contribute but I realized it was futile to keep up if I couldn't find the time I needed. I have to thank all the people that posted easy to read posts with explanations and such, it really kept me in the game voting.. even though I missed a couple of votes, my fault some of them, atleast one due to me being gone. looking forward to the writeups from mafia/town with roles etc!

Anyway, GG to everyone who made an effort this round. I'm particularly interested in hearing that Mafia summary if L or someone else would be inclined to post it up. I know from what little I saw, Mafia was planning things intelligently. I've posted a fairly short summary of what occurred before my death and my thoughts on things occurring after it here, if anyone is interested in reading about me rambling on endlessly. O, and Chuiu, I just need to know: New104 wasn't anywhere near dead at this point, but his adrenaline was flowing and he used the sudden surge in strength to knock King Brown Snake to the ground and get up himself. He dodge three more nails flying at him and got out to the hallway. Noticing a mafia walking down from the break room he started heading down the opposite direction to the armory. Cottonmouth was in the hallway now and was about to throw another nail at New104 when The Wolf interrupted him. Did the bolded portion pertain to ieatkids5/Mr. White or was it talking about The Wolf?

Ace and Plexa did an amazing job. So did Bill, actually. So many dedicated townies committed to the game made up for those that really didn't do much. For next game, though, Chuiu, would it be possible to have a smaller, more quick paced game? I know you said something about giving more special roles to keep people interested. When do sign-ups happen? I'm eager to get into Mafia 3 :D Hooray town victory.

Weeks after I died, I was just browsing TL.net and what I do from time to time is search for threads my name is in. I do that to see if someone quoted me and was waiting for a reply in a thread I had forgotten about. Because of a mix of procrastination and nostalgia, I clicked on page 164 or sth and saw a thread named "Shinhan Bank whatever OSL". I never really followed pro-gaming and I was sure I never posted in a thread concerning korean proleagues and BAAAAM found Plexa's hidden list of all townies and their roles. It was completely random. I actually sticked to Chuiu's rules until this point. I visited the mafia irc channel 3 or 4 times after I died, but didn't really say anything. I was just trying to get me updated on what's going on, but other than that I honestly didn't participate anymore. Having a potential game winner at hand I just couldn't resist and had to pm it to my mafia buddies. I know I shouldn't have done it, but this situation was just toooo tempting. You can go ahead and flame me for cheating, but take a second and think about it. I don't think more than 5% of the game participants would have acted differently. Talking about the balance of the game I think Chuiu balanced it well. Mafia had a few great moments (the irc incident, plexa's list) while we did some severe mistakes (bandwagoning, weak defenses) and afterall the game was quite close. The game could have gone either way. Plexa not being a townie would have made a great mafia victory whereas Plexa's list not being found a very peaceful town.

Yeah... so I was the guy who delivered the dying wishes of Ace and the boys As some have said, myself, Scorch, Wysp and Nemy formed a detective team of sorts... I tried to keep my head down... attacking Ace at times... trying to give the impression I was just a spamming nobody... but you killed me off just before I could implement my master plan. (Was this just blind luck or did you suspect how much information would die with me?) Oh well... GG!

GG! a couple of people played that role nicely - appearing as an enemy to me in public but really being cooperative with the town. qrs was a jackass though. He was never really helpful to me when I was alive, and pretty much only became useful once everyone else was dead and almost all of the work was done. If you would have read the last posts by myself and Plexa you would see some interesting connections

No, you were the jackass and are still being one. You've gone out of your way to personally attack me time and again, when I have not said anything that could even be construed as provocation except for one or two posts months ago (and even then, I spoke but truth). Really, Ace, it's time to drop it.

This isn't about what happened months ago - this was an ongoing thing which most of us were watching while wondering what the hell you were doing. Literally, Plexa and Co had to convince me you were just a horrible townie and not mafia because there were MANY times I was close to advocating your lynch. You were pretty much Mafia #21 and their MVP.
