Not the only reason to town read her. She is acting with suspicion and I think it makes sense that those suspicions would be centred towards someone she feels comfortable with outside the game.
I think she is acting like a normal new town player would reasonably act and therefore the simplest and most likely explanation is that this is because she is in fact town.
All the other scenarios are noise at this point.
