Replacements Replacements will be done until the start of night 2. If you need to replace pm me immediately and do not make any reference to replacing in the thread and stop posting. I really don't want to use replacements in my game ever please do not sign up if you don't have the patience or time to play
Language and Spam I will be very lenient to both the language used and spam in the game. All posts must be on topic however and you cant strategically spam( ie as scum making the thread unreadable by spamming for hours). If you have a problem with a specific player pm make no references to pms in the thread. You can not under any circumstance ask to be mod killed or ask for someone else to be mod killed in the THREAD if you have a problem with something pm me.
Activity You must post at least once per cycle and you must vote every cycle. However if that is all you do regardless of alignment i will be a very sad panda. If you don't want to play don't sign up. I will not allow you in my future games if you don't make an effort to win.
Breaking the rules If you intentionally go out of your way to ruin the game or get yourself mod killed on purpose i will seek to get you banned for as long as possible. IF you have a specific problem with something pm me.
Asking questions and pm's Do not ask any questions to the mod team in the thread if you have a question pm but also do not make any references to pm in the thread if your question is relevant to other players in the game i will put it in the thread. Do not try to " mod confirm " yourself through mod actions.
The Title has been vacated for not being defended in 30 days the title will be awarded to the winner of Liquidmania which must be qualified to enter.

The mvp are the same rules for the title must be on the winning team regardless of how well you may perform but the other top two players will get 50 and 25 respectively while everyone else gets 10 for playing.
Not playing to win or trying to manipulate the game to get yourself mvp/champion instead of playing best for your team will result in receiving no points and possibly not be allowed in my future games
Obscure rules 1. Mafia can hold their shot but if a situation arises where no lynch and no shot are being traded scum will be forced to shoot.
2. If mafia cant agree to a shot they will vote for it(if there is a tie the shot will be random among the choices)
3. If mafia do not submit a shot at all i do not randomly choose a shot and a no shot would occur. unless a situation arises where no lynch and no shot are traded if scum refuses to submit a shot a random shot with all players alive in the game (includes the mafia as well) would occur.
4. If the cops target is removed by modkill and the player did not change his action he would be refunded his target and get to target again ( there is no refund if the player is removed by mafia shot)
I added some obscure rules to the setup and added rules to the op about asking questions and some clarfication on playing to win in the champion points post. Re read the op and note the different time for deadline from last game. Since its been awhile too please type /confirm so we can start (i will send pms to everyone too read the thread). So if town no lynches mafia can hold their shot if they want if town no lynches again i would force a shot. The no lynch starts the process not a no shot if thats what your asking. I also would remind the scum team about this but if they want to make everyone sit through a cycle they can.

Well genrally speaking yeah the info d1 is the weakest but the motives are interesting. Nothing is set in stone so you get to see how people react what they push what wagons they hop on. Its a great time to really start looking at motivations behind things, I think we lynch scum slightly higher percent than random lynches here so there is that to.

Even on day 1 with 0 info (and assuming no claims whatsoever)? I feel perplexed and beg to differ. Not too sure because I reallly haven`t read all the last games and I am going with my gut here but I doubt 1/4 games lynch red day 1.

Koshi + Damdred can be town for now. SL for some reason talks bad about himself and already seems to be on the defensive when he starts posting. Malongo feels very generic with his posts as Koshi pointed out, I don't think we need to talk about policy with this playerlist.

I'll also pretend Palmar doesn't exist for the time being. If there is a wagon on him at some point I will acknowledge his existence and talk about him.

It is for me, if it was my privilege to chose a lynch target. Even more considering he has failed to make anything out of the game so far.
I don`t get your "totally normal" picture out of him. I mean rayn posted "All the four of us can be town for now." then Koshi proceded to take the eyes out of Damdred and his attitude, wich even garanted a lynch vote. Ryan proceded to make like nothing happens and kept the "all townies nothing else to post" posture.
Then again this is not a game of individual choices, thats why my hypothetical question has no value if you don`t answer, while it retains at least the discussion active if you do.

It's a question aimed at getting scumreads, but my very first post had reads, so why do you accuse me of not answering it?
I require more content to produce meaningful reads on my own and nobody has made a compelling argument as to why someone should be lynched. For those reasons it seems silly at its foundation to discuss a hypothetical lynch, at least from my perpective.

That being said i think Koshi and Malongo are town too. Damdred sounds town, same with FF to some extent. Palmar can also be town too because while i don't really know what he is trying to do with Vivax - or where to get, he is doing something he looks like he believes into.

Only time when sicklucker cares is when sicklucker is mafia -- that's when he tries to post from normal people land but reminds all the other people he is in fact in sicklucker land. I have seen this many times. I have seen it in Office mini mafia, i have seen it in Millioaire Cell mafia, i have seen it in Battle of the Drams. The only time i was wrong with this read early on was in Palmar's Storm game and i was really confused when rsoultin after dying told me that sicklucker is not in their team. He happend to be SK.

I saw that he posted a fake quote and disregarded what he said entirely. After he did the fake quote I was on break at work and nobody else was posting. I eagerly awaited the end of my shift to see reactions to the quote and there were no posts.
Regardless of my excuse, why does not processing what I read make me mafia?
Ofc his fake quote is half-a-joke since Vivax hasn't made a post like that in this game and the quote is dated yesterday so it cant be from any other game either. I disagree. While I don`t like any of them particulary the reference to FF is weak at best and the case on SL is just too meta based. Ryan may have a point but it`s too dependant on his personal experience.
The only thing that makes some sort of sense to me is lynching who refuses to post. It is a long shot, given that Palmar-sicklucker-Fecalfeast haven`t done much. But I`d like them more than a no poster.

Yes I realize that, but this doesn't seem like that same situation. Generally he gives up on those or reinforces them as the day moves on, which he seems to have done here.
As for why I don't think you are your normal self, you are really interesting in defending yourself, and usually you would be more interested in explaining your motives and trying to figure out who is scum and trying to get them lynched. I don't feel any push here or drive for that to happen, you are kinda just floating in the breeze while saying you would lynch this group of people.

I think I can give you 3 reasons. But the sitting on toilet reading mafia town meta has never been broken before.
Super easy to bus because damdred is not getting lynched and plammer looks terrible if vivax gets lynched. And if sl is lynched damdred looks better. Also see how damdred suddenly backed off from sl scumread.
What bothers me about Damdred is that a townie never knows if Palmar is serious or not. And if I compare his reaction to rayn's, the clear cut difference is that rayn keeps the option open that Palmar is just being Trollmar, while Damdred takes everything he says at face value while also being aware, upong being asked, that it could just be Trollmar.
Overall I think mafia is much more likely to see the opportunity to lynch me just cuz Palmar said it, and will just jump on the train when Palmar asks for it.
In this scenario obviously, Palmar is always town. So that would be a requirement. I'm willing to go with a conditional townread on Palmar for the time being.
Koshi has me successfully pocketed. I'd expect him to be a bit more careful with his read on me. So I'm not as confident he's town any more.
What I'd like to see is a reason for Koshi abandoning his SL scumread to go after fefe here, as his switch to FF looks rather random for the time being.
I think the lynch should be between SL and Damdred atm. Maybe Malongo, but I'm going to revisit his filter first.

Regarding FF, if he's mafia it's for this cause obscene accusation is a strong choice of words for Palmar just quoting me from another game. I found it funny, FF found it super serious. The difference in reaction is what might have given away a scum FF here, but it's pretty much based on my own reaction and hence subjective.
As for Malongo, I tried seeing things from his perspective. He doesn't necessarily want to lynch D1, ok. He wants us to name someone we would lynch, ok. He picked rayn for meh reasons, ok. To me he just looks like he had a plan, but I keep not seeing the purpose or outcome of that plan. It might have made sense earlier in the game. His tone overall struck me as defensive and occasionally aggressive. But I'm going to see where he takes it from here since most of you seem to think he's town.

Palmar tricked me with his jokes and that makes me not like him, I'm probably not giving mondooger enough credit but I don't really feel good about his posts that i vaguely remember. I just woke up and haven't checked up on d1 yet but this looks pretty solid.
Couple questions tho, You say there's a 0.1% chance palmar is trolling. If the chance is that low why even mention it? Obviously if he's mafia he'll say he was trolling or at least act like it.

Well, I'm ruminating on it. It is possible that he's just keeping his claim unclear enough for a sufficient time to figure out which setup this is. And if he's mafia and sees no cop claiming, he will just claim that this is the cop setup and he's the cop.

I've read your case and it boils down to Palmar not acting like he's 100% convinced that you are mafia and should get lynched during D1. But the likely explanation is that he acted like he was convinced I was mafia on D1, and I remember that act pretty well as it was quite unnerving. That doesn't mean his behaviour must have come from town, but it also means that it didn't have to come from mafia.
I will handle it like this: Palmar is not a cop. If he ever claims anything later in the game, it will be worthless. If he doesn't bother to reaffirm that he is cop and has info, he is simply not the cop. He had enough time to scout for any ccs. I assume that a hypthetical cop Damdred and a cop BM could still be cops and weren't around to CC, but I see it as unlikely cause both of them are very lynchable.

Go back to his filter on D1 and read the posts. Literally every single post where there is a mafia"read" says either "Vivax is mafia" or "rayn is mafia".
Now at this point there is maybe 0.1% chance Palmar is actually just trolling on his read on me, but that cannot be true since he is again calling me scum (when i have not made a single post that could affect the read after N1 start).

If its just this I kinda disagree, I think ff reads are pretty stagnatandgoes along with thread sentiment a lot.
Like look at his d1 he saysthats solid points about damdred rayn. Doesn't really do to much to push it, and then says bm and damdred look the worst from d1 but doesn't really push it during the night and then comes up and tags along in another read of someone else's and goes this is good stuff.

I think palmar and rayn can't be scum and town in this situation. If they were it leaves very little wiggle room for eitger of them to maneuver after the lynch and would most likely cause a 1-1 trade or a scum lynch to start with. I don't think either is a winning strategy with so many decent players in the game.
They could be a fringe scum v scum fight. I doubt this though, it would be interesting plot but I think both could skate by in the game with the low hanging fruit we have (me included) without causing a weird double bus.
This leaves a world of vivax, bm, ff and mal as 2/4 as scum.

Mal having a decent day one into almost nothing today and saying he's demotivated made me suspicious of him. To me it's not that demoralizing to mislynch day1 because we can at least analyze the votes.

In any case, both Damdred and Malongo are advocating that both rayn and Palmar are town cause they say that it's a suicidal trade off for mafia. I don`t know about Damdred. I don`t know if one of them is mafia, ryans reasons are weak, Palmars reasosn are... none. I don`t see how asking the town troll to set up a clear stace is saner.

Because I would not be voting because of Palmar reasons.
This is my perspective: I say it`s possible both are town and I don`t want to lynch any of them. They both say one of them is mafia as I read it. So if we lynch one of them and flips town then we have to actually go all along and lynch the other, it doesn`t make sense to me to lynch Palmar and not to flip ryan next day (if he flips green), nor makes sense to lynch ryan and not to lynch the town troll on lylo if he flips green.
If we flip ryan first and green there is almost no defence to Palmar next day. I mean the guy hasn`t done anything at all trying to support his theory.
If we flip Palmar first and green then ryan can still pull out the "I was almost sure he was mafia guys, he was trolling anyways" argument as defence and gey away with no getting lynched. I don`t want that.
So IF it comes down to my vote forced on one of them I would rather lynch ryan first. Thats it.

Let me be honest, if there is a mafia inside of palmar v rayn it is most likely to be rayn. But I will say that rayn over reacts to things as town and as scum, like he always tried to trap people in how they say things.
Also let me be clear I don't think palmar has been trolling tho game. He might be rping but he has been pretty adamant about his reads up to this point.

I'm feelingt that you, FF and BM all have done townie things. FF for example had an opening on me yesterday, you post very believable and thought out posts like your summary lately, BM does that too but with less formatting. Tone wise you are all in the confident category. I am pretty bad at reading FF and BM though so I'm flip floppy on these two.
My current best guess for mafia is Damdred + rayn. Maybe Palmar + Damdred. And this is going to sound crazy, but Palmar + rayn are also an option cause their double bus would split town apart and allow one of them to carry, possibly with an unCCd cop claim on his shoulders. They are good enough players to do such things.
As for Damdred, he seems to show up at strategic moments, only posting late in the day, and to emulate what he thinks are townies with some leverage. I think he did that yesterday with Palmar when he scumread me, and he's doing it today when you're scumreading FF. Although he did call FF scum at EoD yesterday.
Then again I found his tidbit on Malongo out of place as well. For me Malongo was the sort of player who looked scummy early in the day and then picked up later in the game.

Ok so, 4 filters to read, these are my pre-biases:
Vivax is not mafia because he noted the same things that made me think rayn is mafia. I know he didn't actually end up being one, but it kind of makes me think that he is thinking like a townie. I'll point our later exactly what post this is.
Damdred is meh because I haven't seen anything particularly scummy, but also feels like he should be doing more.
FF is meh->scummy because he's been sort of ever present but not really done anything that feels like it has any value in this game.
BM is scummy because his entire play has revolved about not being here. BM is usually loud and opinionated but barely exists in this game.
But, these may all change rather rapidly as I read throughout the day.

My picture was never intended to be a cop claim, it was just some random bullshit to troll rayn. However his blatant overreaction to possibly having been copped, along with how open he seemed to the idea of having been copped and ready to fight it (which feels unusual for a townie) made me want to lynch rayn.
I was already annoyed at rayn and thought he was mafia, because he at some point wrote a stupid rant on how I play which seems really excessive for a random troll on day 1. I basically felt like rayn was obsessed with me and gave me way too much value, so I decided that I wanted to kill him.
But even if my reasoning led me to the wrong conclusion, I don't think it's an invalid observation to make. The observation is good (rayn is overreacting), but the conclusion it led to (rayn is scum) is bad. I, and Vivax, should have drawn the conclusion that rayn is a dumbass. Which is far more reasonable.
I may be completely wrong, it's usually a terrible idea to ignore my day 1 gut calls, but who knows. I'm going to try to do this anyway.

If we go through the teams here while FF was changing reads: It's [Palmar + BM] to [Palmar + Damdred] to [??? + Malongo] to [rayn + Malongo] or something. To me the ??? raises some red flags as it shows that FF wasn't coherent with his reads here. His omgus vote on Malongo was, simply put, not in line with who he thought was the mafia team at the time. And being attacked by Malongo made him throw away all his reasons for scumreading Palmar and Damdred.

This is actually a point for them being town, and their reads being floppy in the process isn't something far off their town meta if I'm not mistaken.
It could also have been strategic shitposting though. As both of them voting rayn would have guaranteed to the others that at least 1 mafia was on him, and possibly changed the votes to one of them, especially FF who was under flak from Damdred and Malongo.
I think that FF and BM are almost always scum together here, which would be #team 1 . Or Damdred + either one of them. One of the reasons I see FF + Damdred as a possibility is the read change here which I would like to see explained from him here:

The other option is Palmar + Damdred mafia, # team 2. There seems to be a fair amount of distance between the two as so far in this game Damdred worked his own corners for the most part and put away Palmar vs rayn as TvT, initially. But for #team 2 I might want to do another revisit as this was mostly my impression.
I also think that today, unless one scum is above suspicion which for me at least isn't be the case as I don't have any firm townread at the moment, the mafia are most likely to have one of them on their suggested team while preferencing the other slightly more.
So I'm mostly stuck deciding who is more likely mafia with Damdred in the event that Damdred is mafia, as that will be the guy I decide to lynch as he's going to be more likely to be mafia, if I go for a Palmar town scenario.
Damdred has been pretty persistent about lynching FF though, why he would suddenly decide to stop being persistent about it? It must have meant that he only saw a rayn + FF world at that point and the rayn flip somehow made him think FF was town. It just seems pointless to bus FF all game long and then turn around at the point in which bussing is more powerful imo.
It makes FF + Damdred a less likely combination in my eyes, anyhow. Still would like to see that change of mind from Damdred explained as I don't see the motivation
Thing is, while persistent, DD knows no one is going to listen to him in a game with this many egos unless he becomes assertive, which he never did.
Even then, it doesn't really change my current opinion which is to just lynch BM. It's only good news if you think FF+Damdred is less likely because if we can somehow eliminate that possibility, we essentially confirm BM mafia (unless you are, but I prefer not to think about that. Also, you get 100% pass or actually showing up today).
The point is, previously I wanted to lynch BM and FF, with your point about Damdred's flip on FF it simply makes me want to lynch damdred equally much as ff. I still think the best play is to lynch BM.

I imagined lylo would be harder, but hey, pretty much all the active tryhard players were killed in the course of the game. Damdred looks like hes on time restraints, and idk what BM was up to.
And the fight between Palmar + rayn was a blessing, being able to take out one of them by lynch is always helpful.
I think Malongo and Koshi played the best in terms of looking townie, while Damdred kept hovering close to the actual team in terms of reads.
Palmar just played a blatant low effort game for reasons he mentioned, I don't think he played badly per se. There was just no means for him to figure it out at lylo with 2 players mia.
I think that SL would have been on to me at this lylo so that lynch helped to.

Day 1 I had a gut read on vivax and I tried to push it, but people wanted to lynch SL instead.
Day 2 I actually didn't intend to push rayn I was just trolling him with that picture. However his overreaction prompted me to believe the line of reasoning that he was showing inherent guilt. In reality he was just obsessed with me because I'm a hunk of a man.
Day 3 I punted Vivax being town, based on both his take on the me/rayn situation and well... he showed up. I literally talked to 2 mafia on the last day. My gut reaction to FF's shit was correct, but I didn't step back far enough to figure it out.
I'm mad that I wasted day 2 on arguing with rayn. @rayn you seriously need to stop assuming I play in a certain way or do and act in a certain way. You have the completely wrong idea on the way I play probably based on what I did like 4 years ago when I was way more tryhard. I do a lot of "nonsensical" things just to see what happens.
Also, I never fuck around with my reads, not even when I'm playing only semi-seriously, I never actively try to lynch someone I don't think is mafia, unless I specifically say I'm doing it.

This is what triggered me to start hammering him on day 1 I think. This is the most bullshit attempt at meta I've ever seen. I have started in a million different ways when playing mafia, and this is just a non-sensical observation. He didn't seem to intend to kill me with that, and he definitely knows that he can't bully me into playing (Vivax has maybe melon sized balls, mine have a gravity well).
After that it was mostly due to how meek he was on day 1 with me hammering him. If he was town I'd have expected... idk, more sass? more shit flung back at me? He kinda rolled over and took the abuse.
So yeah, he made one bad post and that triggered me to sort of try to force him to give me a tone read based on his response to my attacks.
But I concede that a) it wasn't the strongest of scumreads, I just gave out a lot of cheap townreads on day 1 which made me ok with pushing it (damdred, you, malongo all got fairly cheap townreads from me on day 1). and b) it was easier for me than anyone else to figure it out because I was the subject of the post where he made a mistake.

yeah TBH the game became easier and easier to solve but for some reason people got more and more demotivated. I thought sicklucker was mafia then he had super townie posts the later half of D1, he shouldn't have gotten lynched. I thought rayn was scum then he got super mad in a townie way D2 for 0 reason, he shouldn't have gotten lynched. I thought BM was scum, then he had good solving post early D2, he shouldn't have gotten lynched. I thought Damdred was mafia then he had really nice posts EOD2, he should have been listened to. Game was easy to POE at the end.

Ye my meta post on Palmar was completely pointless, but if asked I'd have explained it away somehow. Woulda been up to you if you believed the explanation. I just threw an observation out there without much conviction behind it.
And Palmar scumreading me didn't look intimidating or serious so I didn't really bother giving it much attention. So next time you want to get a read on me, you should try to pull more people into the boat actively instead of just playing the drums for yourself in the middle of nowhere.

Good job making people think you have a red check and when they get lynched based only on that making it look like it's the persons fault. I am sorry i should have totally figured out one of the best players on TL has to be town when they troll throughout the game claim a red check on me (regardless of if you actually did that or not it doesn't matter since what matters is how people absorb it - which in this case was to believe it).
But yeah you are right, i was bad on D1. I was probably bad on D2 too since i couldn't counter the case of "rayn is mafia because Palamr has a red check on him but we don't actually believe Palmar is necessarily the cop". I should probably take some logic classes for that. ^^

But yeah, disregard what i said earlier about the lynch. I somohow was under impression something that didnt happen happened. My last post stands though - when there are two "wagons" like that at the end of the day both of the wagons will always be town unless it would have been exactly me and you who are mafia. And even then we would be voting for each other since doing anything else is anti-mafia (and you cannot really be blamed for "i voted the other dude because i know i am town"). The only solution is that we are both town and either don't think the other one is mafia or that we don't care if we get lynched (which is not what i would ever do to my teammates as mafia - and i don't think you would either).
But yeah, whenever Palmar plays like this i will always think he is mafia because he should be better than that. Being wrong is one thing that happens to all of us, but refusing to explain his reads even when asked and acting trollingly all game long is, yes, disruptive and at best not helpful. If he would just explain his Vivax read properly when asked the game could have gone quite differently. Being right doesn't mean shit if you cannot convince the others. Ironically enough i based my reads after D1 onto Palmar being mafia so i went super wrong. I already thought Vivax is scum but then i couldn't believe he can be scum with Palmar who was more scummy to me.
