Day 5 MEANWHILE, In Pharsalus Pompey the Jealous leaned over the battle table. Here, he could see all of his troops and their formations. Due to the senate's want for an attack, he would have to attack the army of Caesar, whom army consisted of 22,000 men. Most of which, were veteran fighters. Many served with him in his time in Gaul, and were skilled in the art of war. Pompey the Jealous plan up to this point was to starve out Caesar and his army, since Intel suggested that they were short supplied. On top of that, the month was August, a time of year where it would be harder to gather food. They were camped in a strong position just south of Dyrrhachium with the sea to his back and surrounded by hills (wikipendia) from all sides. A course, Caesar, the wall builder, had to fucking build another wall around people. Pompey the Jealous was pretty sure he had a wall fetish at this point. Caesar, like in Gual, built a wall around their position, in order to cut off their land for horses to roam and their water supply. They, in turn, built a Parallel wall. Now, His position made it difficult to attack Caesar army head on, hence the plan to starve him out. However, the senate wanted him to attack, and he was still a servant to the republic and it's people. Pompey signed, and went out of his tent. His army of 45,000 men roughly waited. Most of them would be killed. And their leader, on the run to Egypt. Jealous, Pompey, has been routed! Day 5 has now begun! All votes must be cast in the Voting thread! Day 5 ends in | ||

While it's not enough for a lynch IMHO, it should be enough to justify a potential power role action. One should examine those guys at night very closely. I think it's too early to completely go by process of elimination - but I strongly suggest to not lynch outside of those players as the chance of having one or more scummers among those four bolded lads is very high. My nulls (i.e. todos) are thekushmountains and Tictock. Now I found that very interesting as why would everyone all of a sudden became so active in a period where mafia has all the power. In my opinion one of these had to be scum due to the fact that they were fairly inactive D1 and now trying to get a wagon going on on me in a period where they can't even vote. I was basically drawing conclusions that can lead me to post reads in D2 where I can actually vote. So imo Tumble was town because he already tried to shift the shennanie towards me. Moosy was unreadable and btdt post was bollocks in terms of reads. That led me to vote kush. | ||

D3 felt like a wash kus it was pretty obv right after Moosy's claim that BtDt should be the lynch, Moosy's claim looked good and his filter backed the claim to the point where it was clear he was the cop. I think I was the only person to give reasons for why Moosy's claim looked legit (without involving setuo mechanics). D4 I didn't do much, tried to get some activity and involvement from Scott and Skynx but ended up joining the Emp wagon by midday. I'm actually not sure what exactly changed my thinking about Emp. I missed the first part of the day kus I was out all weekend then missed EoD due to storms knocking out my power. So while my absence in some ways helped get Emp lynched it was stuff beyond my control so I'm not sure that can be AI. As far as I remember that has pretty much been my involvement this game. Probably my flip on Emp combined with D1 shennanies on BtDt are the things that most point to me being town. If I was gunna bus my last teammate I would probably do it in a way that actually earned me some towncred. Still... plenty of room for tinfoil I think. | ||

The point Jealous made about Super's breakdown of BtDt's claim and the stuff I found in his filter regarding Emp makes me think I was letting some paranoia get to me. Though in the last cycle Super and Emp were rather buddy buddy and both pushing hard against the Emp lynch. I guess I did the same thing D2 though so I shouldn't judge too much. | ||
