Did I actually just really want to join this game but couldn't because I was self imposing a ban on myself to somehow spite Rayn, who then went on to behave exactly as I did, proving that idgaf anymore?

Hmmm... nah. I don't think that would make this piece of art an adequate depiction of the struggle buried deep insides GlowingBear's chest over his inner commotion about there not being a pizza and coke on this role list. You know the profoundness of this struggle being as real as it gets.

If someone dies during the day phase, e.g. via shovel knight, one of werners rockets, whatever. Does his vote still count? Or does it get removed cause dead ppl have no voting rights? If their vote does not count, do they have a lobby for that?

- edit: can I use the poison ability more than one timing during a night cycle? E.g. I poison disformation and then decide to use the antidote on disformation during the same night phase. Can I poison someone else during that night phase?
- Does the poisoned target die exactly after 48 hours, or will he die/flip at the end of the current phase when the poison hits?

It depends on whether the kill is instantaneous or if it resolves at the nightpost, and any kills that resolve at the nightpost will have been considered to do so after votes are finalised. In other words, their votes will count. If a player is removed and flipped immediately then obviously votes won't count.

I meant to ask if there is a political lobby fighting for the rights of dead people. As in that dead people are still allowed to vote.

No, because the OP specifically says "once per game at night....to poison another player". But you can use the poison and the antidote in the same night. (Did I misunderstand that?) And then yes, you can poison someone else, and the 48h time will reset obviously.
The poisoned target dies exactly after 48 hours, independent of phase change.
