I agree with a lot of what Rels said above about it (I think medic probably should have been either public or consecutive but not both), vanilla games are super interesting in general. Weirdly enough, I think this game played out very similarly to the other vanilla game. I think the best point against me was FFs weird push on me, that probably should have been pushed harder. Again if anyone has any advice for me, I'd love to hear it. I tried to be a bit less... invested this game (I usually stress out about the game a lot when I'm mafia) and it definitely made it more enjoyable for me (and made me more relaxed when posting too I think). Your play was really solid here IMO with just one little problem: you have scun read OO the whole game but was fine with anyone else's lynch + town reading me and keeping it but not fighting my mislynch at LYLO. If I wasn't so focused on OO I would have voted you here. Other than that, I think you've played great in here. Especially your reactions and some posts unrelated to the game. Like the end game credits. They were very well faked.

You take one person out of the lynch pool yourself. Figuring the game out is still figuring the game out. But it wasnt just lylo here my reads were on point for most of the game.

I didn't really have the effort to push OO hard there when it didn't matter to me but I definitely should have, like I would have as town.

I thought that after the game we've played together, in which you tried your best to get me lynched, you decided to take a step back and listen to the rest of the players. But when you keep the scumread when townies are getting mislynched over and over again, I would expect you to say "okay, NOW we are lynching OO. Right NOW!" That's why I suddenly flipped my read on you. There are some kind of reads that can only be made after a couple of days. And I would totally flip my reads because of them. I now see that the biggest problem in my play here was that I didn't explain most of my shit. :/ I've landed on an incredible job, but it is taking a lot of my time and energy, and I just couldn't put the effort of closely reading AND contributing constantly.

And even when you figure out who the mafia is you can't convince anyone because most of the time you do not make a solid case for it and you do not have any towncred so it really isn't worth anything.

I mean the only other alternative would be to remove vengefuls altogether (send them straight to obs QT) and have the mafia control two votes? I'm really not sure.

+ Show Spoiler + Night 6 and Endgame I poured a glass of pinot noir as I sat down with disformation for a late night dinner. "So how was work tonight? Tour group incidents got you down? You look tired," I quipped. "This last tour group...." his voice trailed off, "has been quite exhausting." "I imagine the tragedies of the last several days have really gotten to you." I allowed my close friend to eat in peace, looking at how worn his face was, I figured some alone time would allow him to recover. I retreated up to the study and began to type some emails. Seemingly out of nowhere, disformation's hand gently touched my shoulder. "Ah yes?" I answered, slightly startled, "what's wrong?" "Dani," he started, with a piercing look in his eyes, "I have a bit of a confession to make." I held his trembling hand, attempting to calm him down. But instead, disformation pulled me very close to him. "My goodness," I responded, "what is wrong. You have to tell me." "It hurts so much," he responded. His grip grew firm enough and I started to shake his hand in a panic." "WHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG?" I exclaimed. He pushed me gently against the wall. I looked down at his hand. It was then did I realise what was happening. disformation....wasn't human. I was being seduced...by a necromancer. Immediately I spurted into self-defence mode and recalled all the moves I'd learnt in my capoeira classes. I leapt low and dropkicked disformation as he lunged to grab me. disformation screamed in pain as he doubled back. I ran out of my room and headed to the basement where I had a cabinet of chemicals. I grabbed a bottle of ammonium nitrate and poured enough of it into a spray bottle before grabbing a pick axe to use as a potential weapon. "RAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" the necromancer screamed as he burst into the basement. I charged the monster and sprayed him right in the face. The chemicals reacted immediately resulting in a piercing scream. "Get away from me you bastard!" I screamed. "WHY!?!??!?!?!?" Disformation melted away and erupted in a boiling mess, as his remants were sprayed around, including on me. Immediately fearing the worst, I hopped on my motorcycle and sped to the lodge, about a 3km ride. The security guards were confounded by what a mess I looked but I didn't care. "Is everyone alright?" I yelled at them. I tried to explain what happened. "Alright," the sergeant replied, "we're on it, we're going to clear out the castle and the lodging area." In minutes, the remaining party members were brought out of the premises and later, the sergeant emerged from the castle. "We did find a serious stench in what was disformation's area of the castle. We're not sure what it was, but at the very least, no one else on staff or in the lodge was hurt. We'll get them off the property and conduct a full investigation but I think it's safe to say comparing what you smell like right now and what his area smells like, the necromancers might be permanently eradicated." The officers took me away to a lab to gather samples but as I turned around, I counted roughly seven tourists all huddled together. + Show Spoiler [Voting] + Abstimmung - Tag 6 Chromatically, the remaining necromancer (Mafia Vanilla), has dissipated in the air! GlowingBear, Koshi, and ObviousOne, tourists (Town Vanilla), have survived the scourge at the castle! Town Victory! Nerven Nahrung (Observer QT) is here. The Tunnel of Death (Mafia QT) is here. The Phungstadt Bog (Ghost QT) is here. We'd like to thank disformation for helping us massively with content/flavour (particularly some of the more gruesome scenes were his idea, and not HTS's) as well as cleaning up HTS' German (lol). Much appreciated mate. Stick around for postgame discussion. But sadly it was not meant to be.

Thats fine once I flip town people need to start realizing my reads are correct over 80% of the time. Eventually people will realize this. And realize just because I have a hard time actually making cases my reads are on point a vast majority of the time. Figuring the game out is figuring the game out. Honestly people just dont like the admit that the person who doesnt post much and doesnt write cases well still has better reads then they do.
