Variety of reasons. His opener was awful. He asks a bunch of questions without relevant opinions. Doesn't seem confident at all. Like I remember when he was answering Oats and made a comment like, "Well I heard when you're getting scumread it's good to quote someone with more thread pull." Like that's really super pussy and fearful. Especially when the reference he was referring to IIRC he was quoting like a newbie early in the game. Just not really applicable.

Batsnacks question, "Why does mafia post this?" is what is called a rhetorical question. It presupposes the answer (that mafia doesn't post that). My response directly attacks the underlying assumption that mafia doesn't post like that. If I bothered to look, I bet I can find 2 games where I've made similar posts as mafia (as Sulfurous did). His (Sulfurous) post is not a post that is strictly alignment indicative. It can come from town and from mafia.
