LS, there is enough waffling that ExO has a point with the intentionally misleading part, especially after all the back and forth I've seen with his other reads. Again, don't like his case on Rasputin. It reads as if he's trying to hedge his bets on her and then he'd vote her if the crowd went that way. And those are common scum traits. It does not add up.
The voting thing has it up in the air between you and him. And voting is by far the most solid evidence. I already explained the problem with Celestial's vote and why he is scum from that. But I am sure there is one vote somewhere on that WW wagon. Can you go through one more time, why you voted Waffle D1? I'm still struggling with exactly why you did not believe his blue claim, and you also had a scumread on Shining D1 looking at your filter, unless I'm reading something wrong.
Explain to me:
1 Why you voted WW initially
2 Why you didn't believe his blue claim
3 Once he claimed, why a scumread on Shining was NOT enough for you to switch to Shining.
1. I was town reading rsoultin and I wasn't happy with TheWarWaffle's play when he said he found new reads and stuff and and never posted after he analyzed your post to post his soft blue claim.
2. I didn't believe the soft blue claim because if I was scum I would Soft Claim blue myself although I didn't in Student Mafia IV but that was because both of the Blue roles were killed in the first 36 hours of the game so I couldn't soft claim blue in that game. Generally speaking scum would soft claim blue more likely than a town that what the impression I gotten from looking at other games.
3. I wanted to see how Shining would act in Day 2 to confirm the case from rsoultin and it doesn't seem to match.

Oh. And if you MUST know...I'm the Doc. I put the N1 save on ExO because he was my top townread, he's posting good stuff but is also kinda quiet so I figured he might be an easy target for the NK since the bigger talkers are the more obvious medic saves.
Yes, it was trying to double-guess the mafia team somewhat but it seemed a good idea at the time.
Not that it matters now anyway.

You post a list with a strong scum on waffle (he was 4th).
Then you and I talk and we both agreed it was a policy lynch.
War posts and I go apeshit. He softclaims.
The closest thing to real doubt you showed was something along the lines as "we need more from you warwaffle". I don't see that as an action to get people to move off him. It also led me to think that maybe your scum read really didn't change.
After lynch you talk about how you always thought it was silly. Yet, you did nothing to stop it. I get not trying to convince me, but uh there were others on that wagon...
So, to me those events looked like you were positioning yourself to look good without really committing yourself to it. Something mafia does. Lead town to miss lynches.
Even after the miss lynch, I felt you needed pressure to actually contribute to town and scum hunt. I don't think that's a towny trait. Do you not see where I'm coming from?

I'm fed up of this anyway. Vote me or don't, I'm tired of this game. If I survive the day I'll at least make sure to be on for the Night so I can try to save somebody, I'm not going to just throw the game away outright, but I'm fed up of trying to explain to people my reads only to have them go "nooo" and then misquote stuff at me.

No, I didn't outright say that. But it still makes me uncomfortable, especially given jarjar's story outlining how she might have played D1 (providing excuses for not being around EoD whilst actually being around to see the blue claim).

In any case the people on both wagons have been: Silver, rsoultin, Tube and LS. For the most part quick to jump on the trains in question too. I could buy a couple of sheeping cases there, but not everyone just blindly jumping on.
I'm going for a shower now. Guess I'll look back later after EoD to see if I have to send in my night save or not. Bye.

The case summed up on Lightning it's basically
1. sheeps all reads
2. towns all actives and nulls lurkers
3. has shown he doesn't read posts
4. while claims he is "pushing" Celestial he never did in a productive manner, and at best sheeped ExO's initial questioning
5. claimed while 1 person was asking a couple questions, which I didn't think was actual pressure
6. told us he was going to quit, while we were discussing killing celestial (more not reading posts and even guilty mafia fear)
The things that he might be town:
I have a bad theory on that towns him. HTS convinced me why that's wrong.
I thought he didn't show much fear while interacting but wow looking back, there is a lot of fear. light questioning and he claims, and rsoultin puts him on a list and he says he's quiting.
Plus, he really pisses me off. LS if you are town, I'm probably getting banned for my post game posts.

Good lord, second straight blue claim in two days but now this is a hard claim. This is absolutely frustrating.
There is no counterclaim at this time, so now there's no way I can even consider Celestial at this point.
There's a lot of things I don't like about him, but then again if he was medic, the scumminess very well could have been intentional.
That was how I played it as jailkeeper (which is a medic and town roleblocker for the new folks) in Carol. I acted scummy enough so I could lessen my chances of getting NKed after N2. And he did say (pre-game?) he was following Carol. In a coached game especially, it doesn't seem unreasonable for him to do the same thing.
