To be honest I was worried my check wouldn't get counted I almost missed the window due to technical difficulties. However, I was at work when I received the check. I'll be honest I was a bit over eager and just wanted to get it out in the open as fast as possible. All I cared about was getting out there that he was scum, even if I looked foolish

This bothers me a lot. On D2 ritoky was all about shutting down Syl's claim and a big part of it was on the point that Syl claimed not to have read his PM concerning the information of the inquisitor. And yet he uses Syl's stance as a means of defending himself. Ugh... trying to figure out if it's scum motive or town mistake.

The only way you could ever address geript's post about "it is impossible to not read the PM" is if you could see my PM. As far as I can see, my PM is the only role in the game that would have extra information attached to it, and so whether or not you choose to believe the fact I could avoid the extra information or not is up to you.

I just find it amusing how geript pushes for my lynch still, and i find it disappointing that you're taking the bait ritoky

Sure this was my thought process for who I chose.

N1: Rayn, I gave a meta read on rayn and I did not see a huge amount of the normal town tayn in his filter at the time. I was voting on him and I thought there was a good chance that he could be scum based on those things. However I was mistaken and he's thankfully town.

n2: This was the hard night for me I had three choices in my mind and even had one of them types out before I chose rit. I was torn between checking rit, gerip and lm. Lm felt weird because of a few reads but I did not seriously consider checking. I almost checked gerip because of the pressure he was under and everyone was saying. However the eod thread led me to put him on hold.

Rit had my attention because he did not seem his normal self in the thread. There were several times he was hostile in my mind for example the counterclaim questions. He's usually not quite as short with people in my experience. His akowledged only lyching syl today, but several times being happy to kill me or in the ends oats. He just did not seem to be really scum hunting in the thread rather he was discrediting people. And that is why I wanted to check him over the otgers

either dam/haru are mafia, and they used demon to know that the cop (ritoky) was going to check haru and thus had to fakeclaim

Ritoky did bounce off of Syl after Syl's comment but it was p75 and Syl was a highly unlikely lynch at that point.

I'm not sure on that. I think Syl probably has to die regardless if he's claimed and isn't going to be lynched. It gives potential for a fake claim prep for sure though. Is Damdred likely to essentially prepare a breadcrumb if he's mafia though. I'm not so sure of that.

I'd assume the Demon results get posted in the witch QT. So that really goes both ways especially if they only have 1 Demon result on N2 as the Inquisitor has to be alive.

i checked haru because i didn't like his burst of activity only when accused of being mafia, and i wanted to start narrowing down the lurkers in the game. turns out one of them was mafia.

lynch damdred and haru in any order and we win the game.

i was tempted to come out yesterday as well when damdred did the same thing softing my role when he did the "i read rayn's filter and flipped my read"; i wrote it off as a one time thing, then he proceeded to do nothing last phase and softed it again with the exact same line on me. he is fake claiming inquis, lynch him.

if an oracle was on me n1, we can really solve this game as the wraith was on me n1 so we will know if koshi was mafia or not for certain.

i laughed hard when i saw this post.

i could not kill yesterday. It meant that either oats or koshi was scum. I was pretty shocked. And because ritoky scumclaimed,

Idk I'm really torn. There's lots of little things that bother me. Like why did Damdred bring up Syl "protecting him" on D1. Especially when Syl said he didn't look at who the inquisitor was until later on. That feels fabricated. His check on Rayn isn't bad but I don't really get the ritoky check. Damdred has also felt less towny in general. Conversely, I think ritoky would've been or tried to be more open to an Acolyte claim.
