In fact his participation in the other game dropped off significantly since this game started.

Terrible logic. Of course his posting drops a little over time. The newbie game is smaller and the longer it goes on the fewer people are in there. Still he posted only there today for example.

Man I hate nk analysis since it barely ever seems to go anywhere but I'm not getting anywhere otherwise so here goes.
kush was obviously town but that's not good enough reason to kill him imo. As a rule you kill people you don't think you can get mislynched. That includes not only obvious town in a particular game (kush, me) but players who have a rep for being very difficult to ML (marv, Hf, <?insert others?>). Once you're within that group it's hard to extrapolate but from what I'm hearing from people in multiple games now (OnceKing and I talked about this at some point after Melee Mini Mafia, I want to say somebody else brought it up during MMM, somebody brought it up here), mafia don't actually tend to WIFOM nk's and just gun for people who are on the right track, then kill players with a good rep out of that group next. I buy it from my own observations and until a mafia that isn't run by me actively circumvents this I'll use this heuristic and I'll win with it.
Nothing against kush but he decidedly doesn't have marv's or Hf's rep. So to me that means the mafia passing on marv or Hf for kush = kush was on the right track. The two people kush kept getting after were gobbledydook and Holyflare. We can sort out Holyflare at LYLO (read: policy lynch), based on this I would rather try gobbledydook today. I need to go back and see who else kush was on tho

Not going to go on nk wifom but me and marv didn't have any real direction and kush did and he would never ever get lynched so whatever. Much rather focus on what the people have done.

Kush having direction only really matters if he were right imo. Let's be real, say you're... I dunno, Obi and you're mafia and observing the game, you see four people that you would circle as your top picks for an nk due to either being obvtown or impossible to lynch: us, marv, kush. Do you honestly care that kush knows who he wants to kill if all the people on his list are town? I would shoot kush over me n1 since direction > no direction but that vet bullseye 2real man.
Direction's important and a lack of direction is a reason not to kill someone, but direction isn't sufficient on its own
Still rereading kush's filter I'll figure out what I like out of it

A side note:
Problem I see here (aside from the entire thread following marv's whims, myself included) is people are completely ignoring who they've found scummy for the entire first half to 2/3s of a day. Happened on D1 and now D2 as well. Why was Haru pushed off the table again? GD or Poofter? (For those that wanted them as their primary lynch) Thread sentiment has magically disappeared from the scummier players in this game despite attention being all on that for the larger part of a day, reasoning being mostly, marv.
Now I find it VERY difficult to believe scum marv would put himself out there completely and be essentially solely responsible for two town lynches in a row, but unfortunately circumstances being what they are, and the fact that marv has been completely and utterly wrong twice now, means at the very least I don't think marv should be off the table. I want to say 'give it some time' or something like that and I'll probably do that, but I get naggies in the back of my head saying (so you're going to let him lead you a third time/ What will it take to be convinced?). I'm silencing those for now, but fuck dude. I don't think I've ever played a game where you were this blatantly wrong. And that includes Shadow game where you WERE scum.
Back to scum: Haru/HF/???
No idea who that third one is. One of the multitudes of people outside of Eden/marv is my likely guess but considering they've all been brought up before and then dropped hastily it could really be any of them and I don't have particularly strong feelings about any.
If people want to talk (and I really hope they do) I'm around for the evening.
Do you think this is a realistic summary of what I've done by the way? Nobody really commented on it or what i said about it applying more to wave than me
