WITNESSETH

Heretofore the firm (Slam & Cohost) Law Partners, LLP., hereafter referred to as FIRM, have detailed an agreement of decorum for any individual or third party who would join the investor pool "North Dakotan Oil Fracking Venture", hereafter referred to as NDOFV.

All investors in NDOFV are required to refrain from all forms of foul language in any and all conversation with fellow board members while meeting at FIRM. This exclusion of wording includes the following words specifically:

As well as any derogatory term not included within. The offending party will be terminated from the board.

Attempts to cause another member of NDOFV's termination through instigation, baiting, provocation, or other undesirable means will result in termination of the offending party.

Attempts to monopolize conversation will result in termination of the offending party. Please limit contributions to 5 monologues before others have a chance to speak.

Attempts to use business malpractice, such as inside trading, and illicit dealings behind closed doors will of course result in termination. You are advised to research these practices if you are unfamiliar at http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/mafia/272547-tl-mafia-model-op with the understanding that we go over and above here.

Failure to vote on a member's removal will result in termination. This is due not to one's absence, or uncertainty of guilt; this is due to likely associations. We must rid the firm of those who use illegal leverages to remove honest board members; if this means terminating those board members who do not participate in this unofficial investigation, so be it. The inclusion of such types is inevitable; we already have unofficial contacts with statements of intent.
