Well, some of you I've played with before. Hellos! You should remember me as mighty hero Epishade, who slayed evil mafia-doer Eden for the win.
For those of you that don't know of me, I am mighty hero Epishade, who, in my last mafia game, slayed evil mafia-doer Eden for the win.
Also, I'll try not to be so stupidly thorough as I was in my last game, like I said before. There are just some things you can't end up reading into when playing mafia, as people are too unpredictable.
Awesome post. I´d like you to be thorough. I don´t know how thorough you were in your last game but a certain degree of thoroughness won´t hurt. Right now I don´t really like sqrtofneg1 (holy shit, that is hard to spell). I don´t like how he said that he´s terrible at this in his introduction post. That´s no big tell, though. What about this post do you like? Just call him imaginary... Or sqrt. Also, not in defense of him, but this is classroom mafia- for newer players who wish to get better at the game. In a way, we are all terrible, so not sure how that is alignment indicative I don´t like it for ingame reasons. It kinda had to laugh reading it. I Should have clarified that. It´s not necessarily alignment indicative but I don´t see a reason to mention how bad you are at the beginning of the game. So it´s slightly strange to do so in my eyes. Okay, understandable. What do you think about the interactions btween I, sqrt, and chrom? Also chrom clearing sqrt for his newbtell. (Dont expand on the newb tell- just tell me what you think of it).
Not sure about that. I like you the most in the interactions.
I don´t agree with it. It wasn´t alignment indicative at all, so clearing him for that is kinda strange.
I think both sqrt and chrom have been strange in some way but it´s too early to draw any proper conclusion from that.

He doesn't think sqtr is confirmed town, but says he's confirmed town, gives evidence that he is confirmed town, then switches to saying he's not confirmed town for the only reason that would have made sqtr not confirmed town in the first place.
Ultimately, the thought process doesn't make sense to me. Still need to figure out if I actually think it's scummy.

See the thing I find scummy from Chrom on this is that he said Sqrt was confirmed town from his post, And then when I show my distaste for his confirming of sqrt, he then changes it and goes "oh, he's not confirmed at all".
I put both of them as reasonings (as in your reasoning-and my reasoning) as why i dont necessarily like Chrome

I think I'm the only one who thinks Sqrt right now is town. Chromatically probably too.
Here are my thoughts.
Chromatically is saying Sqrt is likely town for asking about the coaches. Though it's not something that I particularly like doing either, I also think Sqrt wouldn't likely be asking about coaches if he were scum. It'd be a good move by Sqrt if he were actually really mafia and was planning on asking that to appear town, but I don't really think that's what happened here. In my interpretation, Sqrt then jokes about his being confirmed town because of his asking about coaches. Chromatically thinks it's a bit less townie of him to joke about being confirmed town, but I can't see a mafia making a joke about it like that.
Sqrt's probably town for me right now.
Chromatically is also probably town, maybe. Idk that he would go out of his way to claim Sqrt as probable town if he (Chromatically) were Mafia. I would think mafia would just care to give a neutral read on Sqrt if anything.
Bunny, you don't want to clear Sqrt. That's understandable I guess. You think a mafia could have just as easily asked about coaches, but I feel a bit differently about it, and feel that it's more likely that a townie asked about coaches then a mafia. No read on you so far.
Alakaslam seems to be pushing a bit on Chromatically and Sqrt for backtracking, but I believe he's making a big case over a joke. I also am unsure of how what Chromatically said implies inherent guilt. Maybe I misunderstood what Alakaslam was saying. @Alakaslam, can you explain your thought behind that again.
Fuba - I put you kind of in the same boat as Alakaslam. I find it hard to understand what you're trying to push Chromatically on. Your phrasing, to me, is a bit poor in this line, "Are you saying that the phrase itself was an exaggeration, or you meant to exaggerate?" As, to me, they both mean the same thing. You say the difference is intent and I don't really follow much of what you said in the rest of your post, "According to him, he didn't mean what he was saying from the start. I find this weird because he followed up that first statement with more evidence to support it, along with the assertion that finding sqrt to be town is "what must be done". Don't really have a read on anybody else as of yet.

I would first like to point out that slam, fuba, and mderg have all taken opportunities to say what I'm doing is strange without really pushing any of it.
But, I will explain it because it is apparently far more complicated than I originally thought.

1) Yeah, that´s true. What´s your conclusion on that?
2) It´s not that obvious. Sarcasm is difficult to detect on the internet, so it can never be 100% obvious.
I´m not sure about any scum motivation behind that but it seemed a bit strange.

So with the first post, it didn't seem like sarcasm. You stated specifically that he was confirmed town. Where is the sarcasm in that? Also confirming him as town for asking about coaches shouldnt happen. Mafia could ask that regardless of whether or not they have a scum qt,
Also, i think chrom is town here. And we should get off of him.

It's not a slam dunk or anything, but I think it looks bad. Worst on Slam, not as bad on you because you only gave it when someone specifically asked you.
