If I were i your position, I would /replace, and only /in at the end of the conference. If the game fills up and starts while you're gone, then you've made the right move! I am quite confident this game will have it's players next week. atm weekend, hopefully 4-5 more people join Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and then some people got to /out and lose their soul.
