I bought old house built 1800's? I think in US, it's got a lot of problems I've worked slowly to fix and only got maby little over year? year half? on this land. Is about 4 acre. I bought (well I look into this because someone offsite call me out and they where right so my language problem) up 'rights' (I don't own personally but no one else can use until contract expire) acreage to farm on. I stay at my mother property back home in Philippines.

It's very much in the middle of no where (I have no internet outside library rented hotspot). The wind blows hard all the time, my closest neighbor is not even in site and I love it

! Is also just barely setting in I can look out front window and see my horses which is super super nice after all this time! They've been boreded for basically my entire life! I had a place in New London for a while but the barn fell over and I got lucky had friend that could take them in after that

This sounds super cool! Well to fix an old house :p I mean. And yeah I can imagine the problems you might have encountered (I watch property brothers at netflix) but I hope that in two years all is working properly (or sooner!).

I also have a language barrier, don’t worry. ^^

Is not so bad! I've done most work on it myself. The big problem was electrical... The house had 0 power to it when it was build! The original wiring was such a super big mess to fix! I won't touch the stuff though, electricity will just kill you super easy and I have no experience! So I hire electrician for that and we ran total new wiring through both floors for major things (Washer, Dryer, Deep Freezer, Fridge, Oven, Study [because computers]) I'm still running old line from house over to barn but I really really want to get it replaced, it's a disaster in making :/! Is out of my budget this year sadly maby next! I would really like outlet in the chicken couple first anyway... Last winter I just ran really long 12 gauge cable out to it to keep water from freezing but be so much easier if I didn't have to do so :p!

I honest hate not having internet but the line stops about 3km from my property

. The only other option is a very bad reviewed/ questionable provider that I'm keep going back/forth on even trying. Haven't done yet since I can get these neat little hotspots from library! They only rented out 1 week at a time but I've had bunches of luck keeping one for while now :D!
