I don't know how many scum are in my house either lol. It could actually be detrimental to help my own house get it so it's a rather pointless argument. If another house wins it I trust that they will use it wisely.

I should would be wanting the items regardless if I know who scum are in order to push the items away from my scumbuddies or get credit for pushing it on to them. You don't have very good reasoning for thinking I am scum. The reason I actually don't care too much is that I trust some other people to make better decisions than myself so I'm fine with others having the abilities.
