How can anyone be sure that there are exactly two pokemon characters who are necessarily of opposite alignment and that both are pokemon trainers battling one another throughout the game? As far as I can tell this is simply an assumption by rayn. Whether you trust his red claim or not is one matter. Whether his assumption is true or not is a different issue altogether - and note that there are multiple parts to the assumption which all have to hold true before you can reliably act using it as a basis.
As far as I can remember we've seen arguments like these brought up so far: a) rayn might be scum making false town claim while setting up to kill the actual townie pokemon character b) rayn is actually pokemon battling vs the hosts
I don't see enough information to draw firm conclusions yet. (a) may be true or false. (b) could be also be true, or false, or heck, what about two town pokemon trainers, because who knows what Greymist is capable of doing to mess with us. One thing is clear to me is that if rayn is town, there is entirely the possibility that he got so emotionally invested in his pokemon battles and the death of pikachu that he's fallen into this tunnel of his pokemon world foe even before knowing who it might be or considering the full range of possibilities.
rayn, if you're town, take a moment and cool your head. you're setting up to tunnel someone that you haven't even identified yet, with incomplete information.
Austin, you somehow survived the night and now we need some answers. You've outed the number of your members. Presumably, you'd have recruited one more, unless you somehow forgot or got blocked or something. It looked like you were looking for a suitable way to utilize what is basically a consensus vig shot at night, which would have been fine with me, but then it turned out last minute that you were trying some kind of shenannies. What are you up to?
I'd ask "how are you still alive?" too, but it's clear that scum have 2 NK and decided to prioritize vs Onegu's watcher role and ShiaoPi's mason/vig, especially since you don't seem to be keen to actually shoot.

I had been hoping to catch up with you too.
Sorry to have missed you. Went out for drinks with friends shortly after the flip and hang out till late, spent the earlier part of today rest and recovering. Catch you later, hopefully when you're not completely running on caffeine and little else. (It shows)

Look at randombum's case, he brings up stuff that's 6 days old. Yeah randombum, you are saying stuff taht's nearly a week old but before this you have never expressed any suspicion on me. How is that possible? Do you not notice stuff said about you?

Holy fuck. If my role PM says there is another Pokemon master who wants to fight with me what the fuck i am supposed to expect? That there are none other? That we are in fact three?
|
I think there is noone who is scum on debears.
Did you really believe that? How sure were you on Coagulation's alignment for example? Who were the people on Obvious that you were suspicious of?
What led you to believe that there was still a role that could reveal un-flipped roles. Both kita and the inventor were dead. Why bring up info from voting patterns when it was a no-flip lynch?
|
I have totally complete answers. You are the one's with incomplete answers because you cannot be 100% sure about my role. So wtf are you talking about cakepie?
|
Last night I had no way to kill you, 2 days ago I had no ways to lynch you. Night before that I couldn't kill you. Before that I wanted geript dead.
Why would I warn mafia that I really want to lynch one of their members so they can kill me?

They have 3KP and foolishly shot me, unless some idiot town player wants to claim that?

I was not sure on Coag. He seemed town because he was so off at some point he did not even seem to be knowing if it was night or day phase.
Mainly debears. He looked far worse than OO to me. I don't remember if Austin, Stutters and cakepie had voted (i am pretty sure they hadn't), they don't look fancy either.
|
Also, rayne, please adress how you tried to save OO, the flip flop on vayne into trying to control his actions. And feel free to point out what else you have done this game besides pokemon.

You don't explicitly say that your role PM confirms the presence of a player pokemon master. Only thing we know in thread is we see pokemon dying, and what you claim.
Can you indeed confirm that there is a player who is a pokemon trainer, or not?
On September 09 2013 08:12 Risen wrote: They have 3KP and foolishly shot me, unless some idiot town player wants to claim that?
My mistake on 2 mafia KP assumption, had been working under assumption of 6 mafia and missed the fact that you got shot. Now I actually have to wonder why austin is alive, assuming that mafia had 3 KP and shot Risen along with Onegu & Shiao.
|
Wouldn't it be more likely that when a pokemon dies their powers are "absorbed" by a scum pokemon master?
|
EBWOP: As in they are captured.
|
cakepie, yes, my role PM confirms there is another Pokemon master. That was the whole point of my claim in the first place.
Risen, when one ofmy pokemons die, scum get a power attached to them. I told this earlier. What i did not know, is that when my opponent's pokemon dies, i get the power attached to them. I got 1-shot mason for killing Eggxecutor or wtf that was. I am proving this by masoning someone at the night start as i claimed earlier.
Any other questions?
|
Not impressed by your timely rayn scumread, randombum. You got any other reads?
Will think about the rayn stuff more tomorrow but I still doubt that scum rayn jumps through so many hoops with the pokemon stuff. He was/is playing is desert and since that has slowed down he's been more active here. He's also agreed with me which I always give people towncred for.
If he's playing against the hosts or whatever, why even bring it up as scum? There is no situation where rayn is playing against another townie because he clearly tried to get him and the "other" trainer to stop fighting. Town v town also makes no sense since the other townie would have claimed by now? Like again stutters telling us things from BM that no one can confirm? The other person should just come forward and we'll lynch the scummier of the two and if we're wrong we'll lynch the other one? So that leaves either: 1) rayn is lying and is the only person with pokemon 2) rayn is telling the truth and one of the two pokemon guys is scum.
1 seems unlikely due to rayn talking about it so much. Therefore 2. And any counterclaim to rayn this late... is likely scum. So stutters should just spit it out.
I'm off to bed.
|
No Clarity, we lynch the other dude or randombum, because there is no way scum would be claiming now unless: 1) They have no other chance of winning and randombum is scum. 2) Some other big play
There just is no reason why Stutters would out this shit now, or why "suddenly the other guy is claiming", like do they think randombum is town? wtf?
|
That's basically what I said, wasn't it? Anyway, bed now.
|
I propose we lynch Stutters unless we get the name of this other pokemon person.

The only conclusion is that it's town claiming now.
