No. Plurality voting = whoever has the most gets killed.
Majority = minimum requirement or no lynch.
If we do not get 7 votes on one person then there is no lynch today.

I 100% guarantee you that we need 7 votes on the same person to get a lynch. That is how majority voting works in mafia. There is no doubt.
