The ONLY problem comes if scum have the TARDIS, therefore scum have the busdriver ability. How would Xfire's bus driver ability be of any help there? From what I know if a busdriver busses X and Y, and another busdriver busses X and Y as well, the bus isn't "canceled", so if scum want to bus kita with a townie then how on earth could Xfire prevent that?

You were right in that the final scum would have to be the 'hidden' one in that he's not obvious scum and I don't think Xfire has been obviously scummy at all this game.
Again I got horrible gut feelings about Xatalos throughout the game (and of course Acro's case on him) but your proposed scumteam makes the most sense given what I have come to understand about how the hosts/roles have been working.
I basically haven't done this at all yet because role and power speculation (and me being dead-ish) have sort of taken the oomph out of my play for what little time I've been available, but I'm going to filter dive a shot ton of people.
I will be doing so under the assumption that both kita and geript are scum because after the way kita has played, I don't give a shit if he's actually 3P survivor, he deserves to lose anyway for telling us he'd play with us and then fuck us over. I want both of them dead and they're going to lead me to scum #4.

geript, xfire, and I are scum buddies.
I decide to claim in the thread about the TARDIS, knowing that xfire created it, because outing two scum members is totally worth the one-shot medic protect. xfire decided to claim in the thread that he created the TARDIS role to implicate himself, because why not?! Kurumi is lying about the TARDIS getting drained because he likes to troll town and my role has nothing to do with the TARDIS. Geript decides to use his day vig power on myself, knowing that I have the bus drive ability and can bus the results of the vote to any player, but rather than challenging someone like Sk8r and busing a shot from Sk8r to BC anonymously, he wants to shoot his scum buddy and implicate the two of us even more.

Gonzaw, the only restriction on who can have the TARDIS is that if 2 scum have the TARDIS in a row, they can't choose who to pass it to for the next person, so it is random. Because Kurumi just had it and died, it was randomly distributed and anyone can have it no restrictions.

I got those answers from sent. Today i got answers from dec. and they're different. He told me that i don't know when teh tardis activates. He told me the TARDIS supersedes all day actions which means to mean that whoever has the TARDIS can do whatever they want. I specifically asked about silent dayvigs and what not.
and to further muddle the waters, sent told me i get my day ability now and dec told me i get it tonight.

- Sk8 used it on D1 to stop BC's shot
- Sk8 gave to solstice on D1, but got it back himself on N1
- From what I gather, he didn't use it on N1, and gave it to kita
- Kita used it on D2 to bus himself and Dandel
- Kita gave it to Kurumi on D2
- Kurumi didn't use it on N2, didn't give it to anybody.
- Kurumi died and now [scum X] has it.

It makes more sense that it was drained of energy because it was used the last phase, than any mumbo jumbo kita will say about "him meeting his win condition" or some shit.

so i got some answers gonzaw. The TARDIS activates immediately. The only way a dayvig shot can be bus driven by the TARDIS is if the person getting shot has the TARDIS.
Gonzaw, the only restriction on who can have the TARDIS is that if 2 scum have the TARDIS in a row, they can't choose who to pass it to for the next person, so it is random. Because Kurumi just had it and died, it was randomly distributed and anyone can have it no restrictions.
As for what option to choose. I actually don't know if it is a good choice for me to use the rubber duck now knowing what we know. The only way scum can get dayvigged is if they don't have the TARDIS, but that means they will still have it tonight. Them being able to busdrive will mess us up. Therefore it is probably a good idea for me to have my bus drive ability to use to tonight to give scum something to worry about. I know this is difficult for you to allow because you think I might be scum, but I think we are in such desperate straights that we need to do something to save ourselves. I won't make my choice now, but I'm just throwing this out there. I got those answers from sent. Today i got answers from dec. and they're different. He told me that i don't know when teh tardis activates. He told me the TARDIS supersedes all day actions which means to mean that whoever has the TARDIS can do whatever they want. I specifically asked about silent dayvigs and what not. and to further muddle the waters, sent told me i get my day ability now and dec told me i get it tonight. How does this change the fact that someone would have had to protect OR bus MZ in 9 minutes, unless the TARDIS can undo the fucking shot after MZ flipped.

So I ended up with what is essentially a vigilante with flair...a gun with a little bit of extra investigative/manipulative power.

I posted 2 minutes before bc said that meapak was mafia. I can also tell you that there were 30 minutes to the flip. There is more then enough time for something to be done if i had the tardis. But you're right kita had it. There is no reason for kita to draw attention to the tardis if we were scum together because i could have gotten sk8r to give it to me quietly. Then meapak doesn't die to bc. Therefore kita and i aren't the same alignment. If i was scum, why would i let a non scum player ask for the tardis when I could have gotten it myself.

It might be the confidence is a massive bluff and the TARDIS can't be used anymore...? I don't know if that's a risk we can take.

If it was just 'used twice--->gets drained' then why wouldn't it have been in Sk8's role PM? I can't see hosts nerfing something and not telling the guy who HAS the fucking role.
