Introduction:
Mafia is a fun game. If you don't know the rest of the model OP by now, you probably shouldn't be signing up for this game. Its a fun but complicated setup. It is well worth it to read through PTP1, PTP2 and PTP 3 to get a feel for how these games work.
tl:dr
- No Clues
- No PMs (except for mafia or mason type roles)
- 48 hour day/24 hour night cycle.

Game Setup:
Demons run when a good man goes to war

Melody Pond has been kidnapped by the Church, under the command of Madame Kovarian. The Doctor must assemble a group of allies to get her back. Unfortunately he doesn't know how many of his friends are under the influence of the many enemies he has made.
Alignments:
The Alliance
You win when all Anti-Town forces are dead.
The Church
You win when all Town forces are dead.

You win if you are alive at the end of the game and have fulfilled your victory condition.
Picking Phase:
After the signups are complete, everyone will be told the name of the character they are picking for. Apart from that, picks will be anonymous. You then have 24 hours to come up with a role and PM it to both myself and [UoN]Sentinel.
Advice on picking:
- Be sensible with your picking, don't pick anything too strong or overpowered or we'll have to nerf it.
- Bad role mechanics include VIs, posting manipulation and resurrection.
- Anything that relies on randomness should be used sparingly.
- We might make balance changes to the role you submit without informing you.

Man I don't get why every other game has some sort of Dr. Who influence on these forums.

You don't have to say how and to what, but it would be good to know.

Actually it would be funny to nerf everyone to the ground and have them panic about blue roles and red power roles in the game.
