I edited the post where I mentioned when the game starts. Read it carefully. Once you get your role PMs you can type /confirm in the thread. If enough people are not active, or you'd rather start the game 24 hours later just let us know and we'll consider it.

yes. This lets us know you've read your role PM and if enough people have we'll proceed as normal. If too many people dont we'll pause the game and give an additional 24 hours for people to show up since it is the weekend.
