Well it is being done in invites, and then at the hosts discretion. What is the difference between doing this and letting the host arrange the team through no rng. In both cases he have to rate the players.

If a host think I am so bad compared to the rest that I need a vet babysitter I'd rather have him tell me to piss off out of his game.

I wouldn't have been offended regardless of who I was put on a team with. I would though if the host postgame told his reasoning behind how he put the teams together and singled me out as bad. In most cases they won't do it, so I wouldn't be offended. I would probably be dissapointed if I weren't allowed into a game, but I would still respect the host more for doing this in his attempt to get a good game than I would if I figures out I were uses as the liability needed to balance the scumteam.
