I wasn't necessarily suspicious of Raven. I was trying to provoke some more discussion, because up until that point there hadn't been much. I'd get a gist about Raven based on his response and I think I was fairly successful in that. Comparing it to the previous game I'd say as of now he leans town for me. | ||

The point I was trying to make was that Raven pointed out jarjar as potentially suspicious, and then later in the same post backed off and said that the behavior could possibly explained. It's a scum move to give the appearance of suspecting someone in order to look useful, only to avoid committing to it later on. in the same post. | ||

sup Jar Jar, what's with this vote? what kind of evidence is this? this is weak town play/kinda scummy: it seems like this kind of thinking: oh herp, ray thinks raven is scummy; oh i think so too => sheep vote. it's interesting/suspicious, since more or less you have identified some scummy behavior, but still only quote a sentiment... my FoS has upgraded to a Hand of Suspicion HoS on you. Well case on virtu is valid, virtu if town has terrible play, honestly I kind of want to curse virtu's play. hasn't done stuff besides defending and saying crazy stuff @Virtu are you town? haha at this pt, at least do a good job of pretending to be town. idk about the post about Jar Jar. seems somewhat like a soft defense of Raven, but honestly I can't read too much into it right now. need some more input from frogron, raven and jarjar | ||

I don't actually don't think Jarjar is all that suspicious, I was trying to defend him and not attack him but whatever, I've repeated that enough. Fr and Ray worry me a bit mor. As to what that means... I don't know what it means, I posted it on my way home from class so I don't think I even knew what it was whn I was writing it. You're taking this out of context. Yeah this was one post but I had made several prior to this post already stating my reasons. In fact Ray voted for raven based on my initial read of his post. I stated why I thought Ravens post was scummy. Then when ray posted his analysis which confirmed what I was thinking, I stated that I agreed with him in believing Raven is mafia. Not sure how you can interpret that as a sheep vote. | ||

It's completely another thing if Frorgon believes his explanation or not, but the case presented this way has no merit because it's based on false pretenses. First of all, you can't base JarJar's alignment on what Raven says about him. It only gives us clues about Raven's alignment. It's not uncommon for mafia to soft/hard defend townies to make them look worse in case the mafia guy flips. Second of all, do not make connection cases pre-flip, that's just dumb. So in my eyes Frorgon looks worse. | ||
