Essentially you (and Soniv) nailed me on the fact that I didn't really read while posting old suspicions. The lack of communication Soniv and I have had as well as the general lack of our hydra's posting has been getting to me, and essentially I did what I myself said was a bad idea and just posted for the hell of it without sharing reads/communication.
As I said you're welcome to vote me, look more into this, point out to me all the reasons why it looks scummy as fuck, but they've already been explained to me and you're not going to get any new information from it because this is all there is. My meta is much more post- and contribution-centred than this game has been (which is not to my liking), I'm not used to it, I had difficulty keeping up with the thread and I snapped. For now I will fix my(/our) play and contribute in fewer, more meaningful amounts, because it is all we can muster right now.

EBWOP: By that I mean, people don't (or at least, much more rarely) don't make mistakes when they have plenty of time to sit back and really scrutinize their posts before they post them. Even doubly so when you have a partner (or potentially 3 partners, in this case) to give them extra looks.

The whole point of this being a Hydra mafia game is that it's a two person TEAM against other two person TEAMS. I believe I pointed that out before. You're welcome to try and get your reads based on my posts v. Soniv's or marv's vs Keirathi's. But you'll have to take them with a grain of salt every time because there is always going to be collaboration.
That's the name of the game.

I'm willing to accept that it looked scummy as all fuck and have you vote for us and move on and the help the rest of town that may not be completely fixated on us. So you're going to deliberately make it harder for me to read you because you want to cling to the notion that this is a "team" game?
Uhh no.
Newsflash: proving yourself town is going to help your team a lot more than offering me 3-4 heavily constructed posts. You'll notice that no one else in the game is making such posts. Everyone else here is pretty much posting freely and on the fly (well except for VE/OO, who we all think is scum).
So if you'd like to deliberately do something anti-town because you think this is a "team game," you better be prepared to accept the consequences for it.

You don't have to make reads based on our methodology. Use your own. You don't have a history with us, that's cool. However scumhunting is not limited to player history. Unfortunately between the two of you, you've offered us very little of well... any type of scumhunting.
Perhaps you're confused by the whole Hydra thing. That's understandable. However, you're going to have to compensate for that by being open and active. If you are town, going into a shell is not going to help you here. Come in tomorrow having read the thread, and have a nice little chat with me. I only want to know what you're thinking, and you have no reason to hide that if you're town.

I can kind of understand where you are coming from with this, I was a little concerned when everybody was making meta calls on VE when I have never played with anybody (other than you WoS) before. I had to try and approach why VE looked scum from a completely different angle as everybody else so that it would make sense to me and I'd be able to actually see him as scum vs sheeping blindly and hoping everybody else knows what they are talking about.
That being said I didn't find it very hard after looking through the filters of OE/Dirk/Newbie to realize that OE scum makes sense after Dirk's flip and the way he reacted to being called scum although somebody said VE can be very emotional to me still seems very scummy. IMO I'd rather lynch my top scum read (OE) over lynching Golems just to keep VE in the game longer. I can't really say I understand the point of doing that.
As I've said previously I do like some of what Golems has posted and I'm not anywhere near being sold that he's our 2nd scum without a doubt, so I'd rather go with the players more likely to be scum.

TLGolems - Weak scum read
Prom - null (leaning town)
Newbie - null (leaning town)
So I want my strong scum read lynched.
Everybody else I have some kind of town read on at the moment.

Well lurking is not a viable strategy in the long-term. Also townies "blow it" all the time. In fact I like when they do, because it forces them into a situation where their allignment becomes pretty obvious. In your case, I have yet to find out, but I will in due time.

Well it's on you to prove to us that you're town. I'm more than willing to give you every platform and opportunity to do so, but that requires activity on your end.

hmm I thought OE were iffy yesterday and the points raised against him do make sense to indicate scum #1- the lack of presence from either head this cycle is also condemning.

I've read over the CastingGolems a few times now. And I am still not seeing them try to take any "accountability".

Fact is, I know I am town; Omni knows he is town; even though he is less experienced than me, I trust him to post and scum hunt when I am not around. Yes we share opinions and reads, but i dont need to proof-read him...
Whats odd with CastingGolems, is that they need to hold each others hand in order to post. Why is that?
