Look, at least for the scum argument you could be like "He's the scum RBer so he could support his claim by using his RB power" or something. It would still be a retarded play but at least there is a path to victory for a scum fakeclaiming JK. I can't possible imagine how an SK could claim JK, and not, say, VIGILANTE, and that would be even remotely reasonable.
