This is not an apt comparison. Marv was confirmed scum, so he intentionally trolled and tried to disrupt the thread while staying within the spam rules; a reasonable action.
kushm4sta, however, is not confirmed scum. You and I certainly believe he's scum and have presented evidence to that effect, but he's not in danger of getting lynched (especially since it's night-time). Therefore, optimal scum play is not in fact trolling.
Trolling, of course, is still anti-town play, but it's a scumtell for that reason and not for the reason it was for Marv.

Dude, you're not a moron, that's why I think you're scum. You're good and as town you write cases that make sense and are logically sound (though your ability to push them is limited). The case you wrote was 75% fluff hiding behind one decent observation. If you were a bad player, this wouldn't be a scumtell. The fact of the matter is, the excessive non-thread-reading and that case together are very very unlike the quiet-but-competent ShiaoPi I know.

Yeah, he's been a bit on the quiet side. VE likes to get all up in the thread's business, but I haven't played any games with him recently. Has he undergone a meta shift in the past couple months, or is this legit unusual VE play?
