Although Radfield, how do you envision the relationship between inventor, thief, and role swapper working? Should they confirm each? Leave each other alone? One other thing I want to mention. Rockstar is guarded by vanilla townies OR mafia. Don't go confirming yourself to your bodyguards. | ||

Syllogism you seem to trust Mig. That's great, but if Mig is mayor, I strongly ask that you don't try to be pardoner. You two seem to be cooperating at some level but I feel the Mayor and Pardoner should be completely separate, working against each somewhat, rather than together. I think it's better right now if the two can't work together as one. | ||

On the subject of syllogism, sandroba, and mig, I'm pretty sure they legitimately think each other are town. I've played enough with them especially MercMini2 to know they immediately gravitate towards each other in PM games. | ||

Do I know you guys are town? No. I can't just trust others telling me Greymist is town based on their conversations. And you guys expect me to have PM conversations in order judge for myself. Rather I expect you guys to start posting more in thread to more accurately gauge your alignments. Radfield, at least, has been doing just that and even though he is better than most at hiding his mafia alignment, he's one of the most active players in thread right now and a really good scum-hunter. | ||

Here's how the leading candidates stand with me: greymist: no idea for alignment. hasn't posted much in thread. really quick bandwagon to elect him that comes from nowhere. less experienced than the other two. mig: no real effort to contribute to the actual thread. can't tell what he is again because I'm primarily looking at the thread. radfield: ideal townie so far. his only real fault it seems is that he is known to act really townie even as mafia. I'll take actual effort and activity over anything else at this point. | ||

IMO it's Radfield. Perhaps other people disagree, but what is almost everyone's reason from going against him? He's really good at seeming townie as mafia. With this attitude, might as well kill him now [sarcasm]. | ||

But one thing I found flawed is the mentality of voting for someone based on who they would lynch. The lynch target should the same regardless of the mayor. Obviously, the mayor has final say and veto. And obviously, I'll ask candidates who they want to lynch, which can be revealing, but the lynch should be a town decision overall. It shouldn't really be used as a platform to get elected, but rather something for town to discuss while electing the mayor on their own merits. So let's say I wasn't exactly receptive when you started off your campaign founded on a promise to lynch Sandroba. It just came off as: This is my best judgment, This is what's going to happen if I'm mayor, vote for me if you agree. The #3 thing didn't really bother me so much as that. | ||

First of all, as student at BERKELEY, I'm gonna have to correct your spelling there. Second of all, I'm really disagreeing with the Meapak lynch. The original accusation seems forced and weak. He's not "planting mistrust" just for doubting the legitimacy of a townie circle that's essentially self-confirmed each other. It worries me that peopel who haven't contributed much have quickly jumped on the bandwagon with a simple "I agree". I think the case on Foolishness has a lot more merit than meapak. If it come down to the two of them, I won't be voting for meapak. My. Wiggles, your day 2 behavior is a lot different than when you were trying to get us to vote for you as mayor. Where are you? | ||

If this "switcheroo" was solely kept between meapak and jimbo, how did this get leaked anyway? How could Sandroba know to leak it to others? A red check is a red check. Things aren't adding up. Jimbo conveniently forgetting to give us an invention. Meapak you could have picked from the entire drafting list as a replacement. Was jimbo the single most townie-looking person at the time? | ||
