At sunset Qatol a creature of fire and terror materialized from the shadows, and threatened the town with destruction and desolation if the proper tribute in the form of well mannered behavior was not provided. The town, quivering in fear Qatol's its feathered form promised to provide this tribute, before Qatol called down the lighting and doom upon the defenseless village. Then Qatol vanished back into the shadows whence he came, hopefully never to be heard from again. All he left in his wake was a single struck out u cast in dark iron. From that day forward the A wandering figure reached the walls of the town, just as the zombies began to converge. "My name is Kenpachi" he yelled. "Let me in, you must organize your medics! Tell the one at the top of the list to protect Foolishness. Ver must be saved by the one at the bottom". The townies who had not yet returned to their houses watched Kenpachi rail at the zombies as they tore him to pieces, unable to save the fool who had not found shelter in time. Later that night the majority of the town sheltered in their houses, practicing interpretative dance, to keep from trembling from fear and to keep the despair at bay. Well except for one notable citizen, gtrsrs. gtrsrs was not having a good day. First he confused a townie with scum and got him killed, next he noticed his stock of booze was depleted, and then he had all these townies doubting the legitimacy of his medical practice. Alas, despite this he had to persevere. Perhaps he could make a difference tonight, save someone. With that intention gtrsrs determinedly showed up at the house of an old friend. He knew him well, having been over many times, for drinks, or a simple discussion. gtrsrs suspected something was wrong when he found the door askew, apparently rammed off its hinges. gtrsrs ran in, fear in his heart. "It, can't be" he thought "there's no way Paul is dead already, I *must* save him". He burst into the living room and stopped, there Paul was in the middle of the room, lying sprawled, in a pool of blood. gtrsrs ran to him, pulling out a hastily cobbled together medical kit. gtrsrs was somewhat surprised when as he leaned over the "corpse" it stood up and stabbed him in the chest. Blood gushed out of gtrsrs wound, as two dark figures approached him from behind. "Sorry gtrsrs," said the man who had been lying in a pool of blood, "we can't afford to leave you alive. Its simply too dangerous. Consider your swift death my parting gift, old friend. What awaits these other fools is a less enviable fate". With that the man thrust the knife into gtrsrs neck, and blue blood fountained out. "Paul... you... bastard..." gtrsrs gasped "the... town... will... find... you...". "traitor..." was the last word that gtrsrs would ever speak. Qatol the Aztec God from another dimension is watching you Kenpachi the Lost Wanderer of the Wasteland was eaten by the undead gtrsrs the Butcher with Intermittent Explosive Disorder (Medic) has been stabbed to death It is now day 3! You have 48 hours to vote for who is to be lynched. Can the town still pull out ahead? or does disaster await? How you vote will decide the outcome! | ||

Second, gtrsrs, I really wish you weren't so goddamned cocky and arrogant. I gifted you a chance to save yourself and you just pissed it away by being so over-eager to call out my lie. Note that you alone were the only one who could have confirmed it to be the case. If you had just "admitted" to having blue claimed to save your skin, you'd be alive. Third, is there an actual DT out there? Was anyone roleblocked tonight? Now's the time to claim. | ||

Also since mafia has nearly as much voting power as town, ALL TOWN MUST VOTE UNANIMOUSLY. Better for everyone to pick someone and have a 50% chance of being wrong than for all of us to split our votes and let mafia 100% control the vote. If you think about it, had gtrsrs not been so damned adamant about being the medic, for all mafia knew it could be set up #4. | ||

Pretty clear now that he's lying. I'm glad gtrsrs is dead, even if he was the medic. It clears a lot of things up. Votes do have to be unanimous now anyways. | ||

I know, that I pushed two mislynches... Okay, aprudds wasn't a good choice right from the beginning, but it was a weird situation and I tried to save our medic (and I was right about this guy)... But I thought Xedat was 100% scum... Since today is the last chance for us to come back, I will read the whole thread again and try to find something apart from the whole DT/roleblock-Claimstory... Obviously we can't trust the DT that will now come forward... We don't know whether he's scum or not and we don't know whether Alderan is scum or not. Again: Since this is the last chance, don't overreact if someone roleclaims... He and Alderan could be mafia or they could be innocent. We don't know. And we can't afford a mislynch! These overeager decisions in the past, nearly costed us the game! Now calm down, its 4:3 we nearly have a 50% chance to one of them. | ||

Roleclaiming at night is not standard play hence "let me think of something." I will defend my lie by saying there was no downside to doing. Worst case scenario everyone sees through it and nothing changes, best case scenario if there is a DT/RB then I just gave the real DT a chance to save himself, and if there is no DT/RB, I gave gtrsrs a chance to save himself. Since I didn't get lucky, we're right where were before. Also the DT coming forward now is no more or less likely to be trusted than if I didn't claim DT. | ||
