I agree with the issue of having two same size games filling up at the same time though ... but I think BH's game can be played with less players ? In the OP there is an example of 9 players setup. | ||

It is a busy time of year for a lot of people and there's usually a reduction in mafia games November and December. If you're suggesting to just keep 1 game open at a time since it's taking too long then sure, perhaps for December. Normal games almost always fill faster than themed games so I wouldn't even bother with themed games until there's more players (after the new year should we do this). | ||
